Pizza is dry and hard you may aswel buy a 99p frozen pizza don't waste your money

Just ordered a party deal from from here... The large Danny's special is right up there with the best pizza I have eaten anywhere... Delivered on time via Just Eat... Highly recommend 👍

Regular customers of pizza palace- we used to enjoy eating from their shop quite a bit, until now and before we’ve complaint three times regarding their pizza quality- toppings aren’t enough and pizza tastes dry, also the pizza itself is quite hard, the pizza won’t even bend- seems it was not fresh? 🧐 My family prefers the old management.

Terrible!! Pizza tasted gross. We asked for deep pan and got thin crust. When we called to complain the manager was rude and didn’t attempt to resolve the issue at all.Shame, we used to love that place. Won’t be going back!!

I usually have only good things to say but the last 2 times ive ordered have been awful! The waiting times for delivery has been at least 2 hours and the instructions on orders are ignored. Very disappointing...not sure if the owners have changed or what's going on but I haven't been happy the last 2 times I've ordered

£20+ I spent, order was 1hr n 40 +, food wasn't upto scratch at all and missed 3 toppings off the pizza, u found this terrible and wasn't happy at all

Ordered 3 samosas while waiting for my bus that was due in 15 mins, said the samosas would be 5-10 minutes. The man that served me was really rude and you could clearly see he wasn’t happy to be there. The facial expressions he used were really impolite and unprofessional. Was waiting over 20 minutes before walking off as I’d already missed the bus and didn’t feel welcome at all? Rude staff and disgusting service. Won’t be coming again, don’t understand how you get good reviews with the behaviour and service I was given today. Over 20 minutes for 3 samosas isn’t acceptable and your business needs to set some procedures on being polite to your customers and be more attainable and appropriate with waiting times.

Very good varied selection of pizza's 🍕, great value, the 2-1 option is very cost effective, fast service, friendly staff, been using this shop for 4 years, very popular, very good, very good loyal customer base and reputation due to excellent quality food - highly recommended!!

Been a loyal customer for a while but instead of spicy beef(i said it twice) they put beans and then the manager had an attitude with me when i called up about the mix up. The customer service is terrible wont be ordering from them again

Absolutely amazing food and by far the best burger I've put in my mouth , I'm a fussy eater with burgers but not this one I have the palace burger with BBQ sauce witch is amazing I now have a extra chicken fillet and 2 extra rashers of bacon on mine with no salad and that is like a taste sensation get down here and try this and possibly the burger I have you won't be disappointed staff are great always on time with delivery and also a friendly polite delivery driverI also recommend a thin and crispy pizza just a little cheese with chicken , bacon , pepperoni pineapple , bbq base and baked beans to top it offTOP FOOD TRY IT AND YOU WONT TRY ANYWHERE ELSE
