Red Leaf World Buffet in Sandwell

Booked a table through the phone. By the reception the guy was really rude. He was poky with us because we didn't share our phone numbers. He said they need it for their records. We'll, legally can't be required. Of course, vandetta came, we had to sit down for 5 minutes before he invited us to the table. The entrance area is spacious, and clean. At the back 9f the floor and around food service area was extremely dirty. The scoops, spoons etc by the self service tables we're not wiped, and there was no cutlery out, so we had to request clean forks and knives. 3 staff needed, because they didn't understand what we asked. We ended up with loads of knives but no forks 🙄. The floor was covered with food/ ice-cream.Lots of kids, using self service food - I think parents help would be desired!Foods were not labelled clearly, it would be really important especially when they're selling multi-international food.Food was tasty, really fresh, but again: no labels about the spice chart, so people take the food and can't manage to have that as very very spicy. Generally, apart from that single staff by the front door everyone else were helpful.Great location, free car park on site.I wouldn't recommend this place - especially with kids and people who don't like spicy, very spicy foods - and also I wouldn't consider to visit this place again. I was a visitor in this area only, found this place on Google search.

I had a wonderful experience .. i could say the best place I've ever been privileged enough to visit .! .Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant & helpful ..the food , snacks and the sweet dishes were too delicious .. it's perfect place to celebrate anything with your family or colleagues ,Overall i had a great experience with the Red lead village buffet .. i would recommend everyone :)

last sunday,i went to red leaf village with my husband for dinner.This is so amazing place and food is so tasty .BELLA ROMA ITALIAN section is so amazing with pizza and other kids snacks. i'm really really feeling cheerfull after visited this place.Must visit Place

I was there on Sunday for dinner with my family. Delicious food, awesome cocktails & superb service. Nice decor & free car parking.

So i tried it out as it was local, and I can say what an amazing experience I tried everything from Jamaican to indian to chinese , and jamaican and indian being my favourite taste was amazing,And for kids was brilliant they had mickey mouse grafting with all the kids polite as anything really friendly staff never felt kindness like this, that is what makes your night its all smiles all around and was quite cheap aswell if im honest,Thank you for the amazing experience and i will certainly be coming back

We had the best time here because of what we expected was there .!! It was a great experience from the time we walked in and until the time we left.Overall, the selections and the variety of food they had out there for the price was fantastic. That's what we were looking for. This is the perfect buffet place.We decided to take a booth closer to the dessert station - it seemed more quiet there and I think was a good choice .!There was so much to choose from! I like that we had everything from the salad bar to the dessert bar.The fried chicken was delicious and that was hot and fresh, too. There were no complaints and we'll definitely be back for dinner the next time we're in town

This place is super good with variety of delicious cuisine, spacious free parking area and lovely dinning space. Staff are polite, humble and super active at such a busy time too. I highly recommend this place to everyone who loves to try multi-cuisine at one place with such an affordable price. I will definitely gonna visit again.Thank you for such a great service.

The Experience was awesome as always..!!Lovely authentic Indian restaurant .All the staff were very welcoming and warm . The ambience was very cozy and niceThe food itself was very authentic and exquisite ! Went with family and truly enjoyed the flavors. Should definitely try the Desert platter at the end.One of the very best in UK !Will definitely visit if we are in that area again !
