Ruby Chinese Takeaway in Sandwell

Wouldn't let me give 0 stars. Placed an order for it to not even arrive! They won't answer the phone when I called to see where my food was when didn't arrive an hour after ordering stated be 30-45mins. So been charged for food that never arrived!!!

Totally disgusting waste of money not good value for money at all. The food disgraceful vile flavourless. Dont know whats happened to this place food stale and rip off of meals. Gorl reception rude and tells lies do not eat from here!!!!!!

I’ve been using the ruby for years last night had a meal for 1st time in a while it has gone down hill as far as my wife & I are concerned very bad quality used to love ribs not fit for my dog the chow mien dry & rubbery it has really disappointed us let alone made us feel ill won’t be using again find an alternative I used to tell everyone about the place no more go to the chippy you know where you stand VERY DISAPPOINTED

Used to use this place regular last 3 times very poor so used a new place was great decided to try again bill for me andmy wife was 15.80 when arrived no prawn crackers which used to be free with orders over 12 pound called them they said only frèe now with orders over 15 pound i said we paid over that and was told delivery was 1.20 whichleft my order at 14.60 how pathetic and yet again food poor seems like theve just turned greedy and cut quality food prducts

Eating from here since the ruby opened.Now they have started to refuse delivery.Because I have moved further away..2 miles more I said I would pay delivery fee.Picky and fusy these days.What about Loyalty . You didn't mind having my money for 20 plus years but know its not good enough.....Absolute disrespect.

Not a good experience this time , chicken chow mein wasnt very warm and gave my partner the wrong meal and then had to wait an age for someone to deliver right meal.

Mine and my partners favourite takeaway by far !! Great food never been disappointed !

Great taste of all Chinese foods, great customer experience but the owner seem paranoid too much, guess only do that to certain people... irrespective I don't denied myself from good food, still get take aways always from there.
