The food is excellent, best vegan options in a chippy for miles around.We order from here at least once a month because the food is excellent. But...For the last 6 months or so they have got something wrong on every single order we've had. No problem when it's no sauce but it is a problem when it's an entire person's meal missing which is often the case. They usually bring the missing item after calling but this means someone has to eat 30+ minutes after everyone else.Or if you order near closing time and they're shut by the time your delivery arrives, someone will have to go without.Honestly, we've ordered through just eat, deliveroo and ubereats and it's the same every time.Also, don't walk in there expecting to order food at busy times because there are so many delivery drivers in and out that they can't cope and you'll be ignored - hence why we order online.

The food was full of pure salt. Every bite was difficult to stomach, so much so that it actually made me sick. Do not buy from here.The food could genuinely give you a heart attack.

Order was not started until we arrived to pick up and so was 25 minutes to wait for my order as they didn't have most ready so had to make up from scratch, as well as some fish not even being available despite being able to order online. Communication is abysmal and I was ignored when I came in so they staff could continue chatting. Never visiting again.

Went in store to order, was left standing for fifteen minutes whilst staff were chatting and swearing amongst themselves, priority is with delivery drivers. A young girl noticed I was there a long while before asking am I a delivery driver which I replied no I’m waiting to make an order, to which she said I should have been standing to the centre of the of the counter to order to make myself clear I’m not a delivery driver. So I made my order and waited where she asked to then be told by a young boy of staff to move over to right where the delivery drivers should be there waiting, to be honest I won’t be going back again the food was awful when I got it back home , and I felt when how I was spoke to whilst in their establishment was they stereotyped me as a delivery driver. Will not use this place again

My favourite takeaway! Beautiful food, big portions and they always follow order instructions. I like that when ordering online, you can specify which sauce or salad you want on your burger. Not all shops let you do that. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is I prefer well done chips, otherwise could not fault

Food delivered within the specified timeframe. However, quality of the food was awful! Sausage and Doner Meat were burnt/over cooked.The kebab was was layered in sauce which made it inedible. The whole lot except for the chips went in the bin. First and definitely the last time I will be ordering from here again.

I have orders through uber eats and visitied the place in person. The order takes forever to be made although the drivers do a good job of delivering it quickly. The chips are incredibly greasy as well as the donner kebab.Staff are unhelpful and sometimes rude. Whatever tike of day they are very miserable. They cannot/do not listen to instructions and when you remind them politley they have a attidue. I have also witnessed staff actively arguing with constomers and treating delivery drivers with absolute disrespect. The food takes a while to be made despite you being there and it is very very overpriced for usual chippy food and the donner meat, despite being full lamb, doesn't taste very special and has a very fatty aftertatse to it.My advice is avoid especially on weekends they cannot cope with the demand.

The order took 1hr and half.. I ordered a large fish and a kebab meat and chips and received the following, even then i had a feeling the food was sat on the side for quite sometime because when I received the items, it wasn’t even room temperature, did not meet my expectations to say the least, very unsatisfied! When I complained to the chippy, I spoke to a young lady who mentioned they are short staffed.. if in that case you should really have a contingency in place.. spoke to the manager he did not take ownership and failed to resolve my issue, ruined my evening..

Ordered via Uber eats, we usually just go in store!This was the absolute WORST take away I think we’ve had.The meat in kebabs was literally cremated beyond edible, the pie was the complete wrong pie plus tasted rock hard like it’d been there all day, oh plus I was kindly given someone’s hair on the pie Chips were covered in bits of whatever had been fried in the same oil.Both drinks missingOreo cheesecake missing (£5!)For the prices they charge (£30 for two kebabs and a pie with chips) you’d expect higher standards & even better quality.Last time for us

Amazing vegan options and staff will cook chips separately to meat/fish if asked. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.
