Singh's Pizza Stop in Sandwell

I always order pizza from Mr Singh I always wait for my pizza 1:30 hours but after that when you received pizza which is all burn

What an absolute joke of a pizza place! Ordered my food and was told the delivery time was 1 hour 35 mins. I said that’s fine but if I wait I’d like my food to be hot and fresh as I’ve had the same issue in the past where I’ve waited over 2 hours for food to come and it never arrives on time and if it does it’s either burnt, cold or looks atrocious. So I told the lady specifically I’ll wait for the food but I’ll only wait if it’s hot and fresh she said that’s fine. Called after an hour to ask how long and she said 15/20 mins I said okay that’s fine. When I received the food there was half a milkshake, barely any cheese on the pizza and only a few fries. Bear in mind I specially asked for the above. So I try to ring them and couldn’t get through, when I did I told her what happened and she said sorry thats not right the driver had our address first and was delivering it straight away. Understood. But why was my food still cold??? Then I told her I had half a milkshake and a few fries and she said to me, it couldn’t have been and if it was then something to do with the delivery???? I then asked for a refund as I waited the time and the food expectations and specificity was not met she told me she could only give a discount on the next time I ordered. This isn’t the first time it’s happened before either, I’ve taken pictures everytime and they still have the audacity to make this situation on me? However, if I PAID for my food and had asked for my food in a certain way, why am I only getting discounted for what THEY was meant to cook and THEY was meant to deliver? She then said she will give me a full refund but I’ll be banned from MR Singhs again? Sorry but?????? Did I steal something? Did I not pay? Did I speak rudely or do something criminal? A ban? She was an employee, she said the manager will come tomorrow I can speak to her. Are employees allowed to speak to customers in such tones? Are they allowed to give out bans? Is this what Mr singhs world famous vegetarian pizza is? Understood. Will not be ordering or recommending from here again. Rude employees who don’t even know what they doing and horrible service, low standard food and disgraceful waiting times.

Probably delivery guy forgot to keep the boxes flat and stood them on side.

Mr Singh's used to be place I would go every two weeks. I would always buy their delicious tandoori soya pizza. However just recently they have increased their prices suddenly from £11 for a pizza to £15. I am very dissatisfied and annoyed. Unless a change occurs I won't be eating again.

I am very disappointed with the pizza not too much vegetables just only the thick base they gave us.... that was really very disgusting and my wife got stomachache after ate pizza👎

Pizza was delicious. The last time we ate here was 6 years ago (we live more than a hundred miles away). If there was a pizza I'd travel 100 miles for, it would be Mr Singh's.

I wish I could have star less than one. Have dared to visit one more time with family with a hope for betterment or to pacify my craving for Pizza or due to its only availablity of vegetarian Pizza shop around my place. Mr Singh continued their classic rubbishnes with utterly sore tomato sauce which was more like a tamarind paste , no proper slicing with pizza cutter, no tissues served with pizza at all and as usual absent carbon in soft drink, merely a sugary water. Seems like I lost my 50 pounds,, regretful. All the best Mr Singh but you lost a whole family as ur customers.

Pizza was extremely dry no tomato base just cheese. The chips were also dry not happy with the delivery at all will not be going back. They advised me to send a picture on the website there is no place to do so.....

The best place vegetraian pizza around.I have to say everytime I have been here I have never been disappointed with the quality of food, the flavours are amazing and the toppings are great substitute of chicken and meat. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly, yet to try other options from the menu.Definitely recommend to to try it out !!

Great service and tasting food, really reasonable prices. Wish I had one near me!
