Sprinkles Gelato in Sandwell

Nice and well decorated place in Westbroom to have ice cream. Located in West Bromwich Shopping Mall. Sprinkles Gelato we offers so much more than ice cream! They have the best range of desserts including: waffles, crepes, milkshakes, cookie dough, smoothies and more!

Deserts take 15-20 mins per plate to arrive at the table during my visit but it IS leagues ahead of other desert places in terms of taste and presentation.Chairs very comfortable. Personally it'd prefer it if they wiped the tables more often before and after a person sits down.I think this is a new business..

Absolute rip of in prices don't remember it being so expensive buy just came for my kid and will go cinema next door would be much cheaper

Large selection of desserts ,delicious .But... very dirty no waiters,tables are not cleaned, tables with dirty dishes.In the toilet has a very unpleasant smell, no soap.The establishment lacks a cleaner.Big disadvantage cafe is dirty.

NO STAFF ,. Only one lovely girl working but that not enough to make customers happy , we couldn't enjoy our food because she bringing one by one ! Very disappointed!!!! Not like before .close it down or do something about ,it not a place no more to sit down and have a good time with friends/family

Very dirty place, I was disgusted even before getting my ice cream bowl wich guess what? It was not clean.Toilets never seen a sponge or a brush.My brownies tasted wrong like they were from a week ago.It is an experience to not be repeated, don't advise people to go, the place is lacking on higiene big time.

Took my daughter for the first time yesterday, wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise the place was immaculate, menu was absolutely delightful & my daughter sure enjoyed her ice cream & my milkshake was presented well.Staff was friendly, management was great.. will be going again.Also the interior is very Insta perfect.. a lovely place to indulge & treat yourself.

Very poor experience! They took ages to bring out the waffles to us and that was done one by one with so much time in between which is absurd. The staff whom which were a girl and boy at the time did not serve us appropriately, shouting from the till while we were sat at our tables and seeming to flirt with each other which was very off putting and not professional at all. Food was cold and ice cream was melted by the time we got it, highly do not recommend anyone coming here. Absolutely shambles of a place. Oh not to forget the bubble tea they are doing which set up within the dessert shop which is a different brand set up like a hut. Not professional at all.

Had no crepes the waffles were terrible and very thicc they were scamming us for money and giving us wrong change or no change at all saying they have no change while me and friends watched them give others change simply because we were some teenagers they owe 2.50 to my friend. They also had no ice cream only some leftovers. Slow workers and took ages too get the food we have been waiting for over an hour now. Appalling staff. Wont be visiting again. Place was better when it first opened.
