Starbucks in Sandwell

The service is ok and the drinks are very nicely made however good luck finding a seat to enjoy your food and drink as the place is always full of those pretentious people sitting there all day on their macbooks.

When I visited this establishment I was disappointed to find a very clearly mouldy steak and cheese panini. I handed it to a male member of staff who apologised and looked horrified.My only real criticism of this was the large amount of mould that was clearly on the top would have been clearly visible when stacking the shelves. This should have been observed by staff.Having said that I still bought a steak and cheese panini and it was absolutely delicious

Finding the reason you get a rebate on a reusable cup is they only half fill itAlso served with a soggy dishcloth known otherwise as a pastrie

My favourite coffee, so it's nice to have a branch nearby. I always find the atmosphere upbeat and cheerful, and this branch is no exception. Nicely decorated and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The best flat white on the high street imho.

I always come to this Starbucks, doesn’t matter the time. The barristers are always on point, really cheerful and polite! When asked a question or taking an order will assist without any hesitation - usually you get a lot of attitude from some but not here! Drinks are always served well and tbh never under filled! I’m never disappointed. The locations i great just 10 mins from me so I’m pretty bias but over all really great Starbucks and service :)

Really convenient as it's open 24 hours, ideal for that late night pick me up or treat. Drive through is perfect and usually fairly quick. This was a saviour during lockdown. Friendly staff. Can get slower when very busy but that is understandable. Recommended.

My favourite coffee never fails to disappoint, in particular this branch. The staff were polite, and the drink was made fast but with high quality. Excellent choice for hot and cold drinks, just wish there was more Starbucks instead of Costa!

Good selection of sandwiches and cakes and very quick and efficient service. Parking was free but busy so you may struggle to get a space at certain times. Tables and floor could do with more regular cleaning.

Newish store located on the west bound A5 just before Cannock. Located near to the ESSO petrol station. Can get busy during the day and the small car park can fill up quite quickly. Staff are good and talkative. Coffee at times can be inconsistent in taste. Overall a good coffee stop.
