we drove to this place after hearing all the hype about the new re-opening of Sweet Dreams Dessert in Bearwood I have to admit it was amazing the food was out of this world service was immaculate I was told it’s under new management and a part of the Zazooli umbrella

Under new management place looks alot cleaner and brighter, best waffle i have had great hospitality will defo come back don't miss out come and try you won't be dissapointed. 🙌

Ordered waffles ice cream and brownie. Customer service is great. Pleasant experience would definitely recommend to visit or order from them x

The order was very late but they were extremely busy. Threw in free milkshake for the wait. Delicious brownie and their waffles were very tasty. Also their delivery driver was apologetic for the delay

Best crepe in Bearwood. We are regular customers and never were disappointed.

Disappointed at the service. Had to wait for 30 minutes for a one scoop vanilla ice cream when more fancier dessert orders on the same table came way quicker. When we went to check on the ice cream cone the waitress got annoyed. Same waitress came back several times with items no longer available and asking us to repeat orders. And our order wasn't complete till the end so we just gave up. What just happened to this place? Covid-19 wise, we saw people being sat at tables without having been cleaned in-between customers. Staff in contact with customers didn't wear masks. Used to rate this place very highly! Please note the quality of food served was impeccable. My issue is with a fall in standards regarding service and questionable Covid-19 safety measures. Will think twice before coming back. :(

Yummy desserts, nice atmosphere and friendly staff

Very pretty inside, Desserts are nice, but definitely not the best. I found the service to be a little unsociable. The girls were so distant, forced smiles (i mean everyone could have been having a bad day, each time I have gone). I think the desserts they prepare while you wait, like waffles, would taste better with a sprinkle of love and real smiles.

Surprisingly tasty; nice ambiance; really cool staff! Loved it! Will come again! The Chocolate Coma is a must (try with vanilla scoop)!
