A wonderful carvery Sunday Dinner. Beautifully cooked vegetables and an excellent choice of meats, Yorkies and stuffing. However £7.50 is the bargain of the year so far, going back very soon.

I've just had the most beautiful carvery. Proper food, proper roasties & tender veggies. The meat was lovely. The best carvery I've had! all tastes home made like your mother would make!! cant wait to come again 😋

Great welcome by the landlord who was just arriving back in his car. Showed us how to enter the pub and I asked about dogs yes no problem welcome in the bar area, where again a welcome this time from the locals having left our narrow boats by the pump house they were interested in our journey. Good ales, worth a visit.

This place was like stepping back in time, a good old fashioned boozer just how they used to be back in the good old days....and who doesn't love a karaoke. Lovely atmosphere, buzzing with people.

We love it here. My twins and my MIL love the carvery but they also have a little menu just in case the kids/adults don't fancy carvery. They're always polite, friendly and professional. It's always clean and you are attended to brilliantly. Carvery is only on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
