Waterfall Inn in Sandwell

Poor meal. Undercooked vegetables and poor meat. Lack of customer skills. Meals came out at different times for each guest. Very disappointed

Not good. Food order (chicken and stuffing bap) and chips took over 30 minutes to arrive.

Went for Mother’s Day today and had the lamb roast. It’s was absolutely gorgeous . Tasted just as mom cooks .. all home made food. The place is so chilled out and relaxing . Staff are friendly and helpful

Went here tonight for my birthday meal, food was awful full of steak and gammon full of grease. The onion rings were so burnt you could mistake for a rock. Really disappointed was the wormeal ever will never go again. We ended up ordering a McDonald’s later on.

Pub looked and felt very welcoming as we walked in . Beer not the best. Barstaff good . However when visiting the bathroom you could see how it needs a good clean corridor quite grotty, grimey infact toilets not the best and handsanitizer not available in there and the one in the lounge empty . When living with a vulnerable person keeping safe and germ free is a priority still. Will not be visiting again as this was compromised I felt

We had a family gathering to remember someone who had died last year.The staff did the catering and the food was lovely. Everyone had plenty and all gave complimentary comments.If you were there as an every day customer, there's a small but good menu and vegan options are available. There are real ales too and I had a very nice coffee.It has a friendly atmosphere, rather like a country pub but in the Black Country. The staff were very polite and so helpful.There's a small car park and on street parking not far away.Recommended 👍

Sort of fell across this place when another venue had lost its chef. The pub location is handy has parking and is very homely and cosy inside. The selection on the menu is decent for the area and the service staff were nice too. Food ordered for the 6 of us my family of 4 and two friends. The children's meal's came first with ours coming a short while after. Im not one to complain the steak wasn't hot when it came even though it wasn't the one I ordered and didn't get reimbursed the difference as I found out later. My meal was a modification as i didn't want the other sundries on offer, the amount was decent but it's not for me and rather than bad mouth I will leave it there. The one plate attached is the kids meal and my meal. I also ordered the chicken wings starter which were again decent.
