Baker's of Tower Street in Shropshire

Tucked away down a side street, a nice little cafe. Staff friendly and food was good.....felt I had to wait a while for service. I was not in a hurry so not a problem, but if in a hurry, may have felt different.

It was remarkably average, no major positives or negatives

Visited here 3rd March with my dog. The staff (two females) were extremely welcoming and polite. I had a breakfast which was really nice. My dog was given water and a sausage ! A great café experience - I will definitely be back 🙂

We visited on Tuesday from outside it looked like a lovely place to eat. When we sat down and ordered, the drinks took ages to arrive and the food took an hour. We ordered a bacon sandwich and prawn sandwich not much at all. I must admit the bacon was lovely however the prawn were not. My partner has now been very ill for the last 48hrs since eating here.We will not be eating here again.

Breakfast / brunch place in town center with a good variety of breakfast foods and reasonable prices.My husband liked his breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage and black pudding (he added it).I was a bit disappointed with my poached eggs and salmon toast. I assumed it will be served on avocado toast (have never seen poached eggs served on a buttered toast before)I also was a bit surprised with how “pushy” service was with “pay upfront pls”

We were hoping for a better experience, having been here in the past when it was excellent. Today things were missed off the order - fortunately not charged for, and the dessert a supposed waffle with berries, chocolate sauce, clotted cream and ice cream was unfortunately completely devoid of cream or ice cream. If you are out of stock of something please let us know and we wouldn't have ordered it. What has happened to this place?

My first time here and definitely won't be the last. I had an all day breakfast and it was delicious, the sausages and bacon were probably the best I've tasted and my poached eggs were nice and runney. I couldn't finish it, next time I'll order the regular size.The staff were very friendly and the food came out fast and hot.I would highly recommend

Our meal was first class. Would highly recommend eating here. They allow dogs and they are so welcoming too.

Popped in on a rainy Saturday when seeing it was dog friendly. Very busy and had to wait a while, which was no hassle at all as the food was superb. The mushroom and tomato omelette was probably the best I've ever tasted. Not overly expensive either. Highly recommended.
