Bamboo City in Shropshire

Rice was stone cold, as was the chicken curry, the chicken balls were mushy and almost a raw texture, binned the lot, definitely won't be buying again from here sorry

Although it's mixed reviews I actually really can't fault the food, it's been lovely! They missed off a chicken dish but redelivered it in less than 30 mins! Delivery driver was lovely, food was delicious! No faults at all!

Almost a really good Chinese, lovely flavours and ingredients - but totally let down by the quality of the chicken in some of the dishes.. the chicken pieces tasted like fake reconstituted chicken with a very strange texture....really low quality... Shame as everything else was really good.

Just had a couple of chow meins and some mini spring rolls. Both spot on and served in little noodle boxes which my wife loved and got free chips too, will definitely use again.

I ordered and collected the food with no issues...however the meal was a step up from inedible . The chips were warm; huge chunks of onion and carrot to bulk out the tray. Prawns were ghastly to say the least and rice was hard and clearly poor quality. I am not connoisseur with a delicate palate or anything; but this was more city of the dead than Bamboo city.

Food came an hour early even though I had booked it through just eat for a particular time.Food was then cold for my family who returned home an hour after deliveryCurry wasnt curry, it was meat in stock. Rice was inedible. Food so so saltyWill never order again. Have thrown it all in the bin

Put in an order, the wait given was an hour, an hr and a half later still no food, rang the restaurant who told me it was on its way, checked the just eat app again 10 mins later and it said it had been delivered. I rang the restaurant again who backtracked and said they would make it and send it out once a driver returned, it was already 9:35pm, they said it would probably be another 20 minutes! At this point I cancelled the order, they couldn't tell me how long a refund takes and they didn't really sound that bothered, I'm now sat here at nearly 10 at night £15 down and no food!!! I don't feel they are worthy of the 1 star but didn't have an option to give none. Fuming is an understatement, won't b going there again!!

Awful, disgusting and inedible food. I didn't even mean to click a star.Walked in ordered 20 pounds worth of food for me and the kids , the girl behind the counter passed me over my order in a cardboard box , where bye I noticed running snot between her fingers and she was trying not to get it on my cans of coke .Apon getting the food home I noticed my chicken balls were over cooked and boarding on the the black side . My beef curry was cold as well as the chicken one . After taking a mouth full I disided to sling the lot . Won't ever step foot in there again.

AVOID: Ordered a Birthday Meal, arrived two hours late, despite numerous calls, even lied about the Delivery time on the app. The food was undercooked, rushed & awful. No offer of a refund, not bothered at all, but I'm chasing this up with the app and further paths. My advice, don't go here as there's plenty more Chinese Takeaway's in Shrewsbury.
