Cannot reconcile Vivians views with my experience at Bishop Percy’s over many months regularly visiting. Always found Maria, Tess, Milly and Dan to be very friendly and professional also the cutlery and plates to be scrupulously clean. Very happy to continue visiting to get good food served correctly and with a smile and a chat.

We were lucky enough to stay here for the weekend and its the most amazing place in UK. The apartment was stunning and the full english breakfast served downstairs was the best one of the few we sampled.

The garden area is pretty but the lady who took our order had very poor customer service skills . No eye contact , very brusk manner and speech . The waitress who brought our tea was very pleasant but the crockery all needed washing . There were tea stains down the teapot , cups and in the saucers . I will not visit again .

Lovely food and atmosphere, have been before. A little disappointed today though as the coffee machine wasnt working, only had a choice of tea or a cold drink selection guess these things cant be helped

As I live in North Shropshire and family and friends live in Worcestershire we often meet in Bridgnorth as its the half way point. I always go to this lovely tearoom. The staff are welcoming and the service is fantastic. Really nice simple menu offering unfussy great food at a reasonable price. The outside terrace is lovely on a sunny day and if it's too chilly for that the warm and cosy indoor space is roomy and welcoming. I love this place and can't recommend it highly enough.

the cutlery was dirty and when replaced some items were dirty still in the forks and the extra sausage we bought for the dog was cold and uncooked as we had already bought 2 others before this one and they looked completely different the 2 looking cooked and the other looking white and was cold. However they were versatile with food options and gave many different choices and the toasties and soup were nice and dog friendly too

After a walk along the banks of the River Severn on Monday with our ladies walking group...we popped into the Tearooms for a cuppa and a bit to ear.Service was prompt. Food fresh ...and reasonably priced..and staff welcoming!Although we were a group of six...there was no problem about us moving furniture...or in fact arriving in our muddy boots ..and clothes.!!!!We have visited several times and we all enjoy the visits!

Fab afternoon tea - homemade cakes are amazing. Good selection of sandwiches - all freshly made. Lovely quiche too. Highly recommend.
