Boyne Arms in Shropshire

We have eaten here a few times now food really good friendly staff and dog friendly I would recommend to anyone

Loved the place the only down side was the picnic breakfast as the pastries were cold it would have been nice to have been warm and it could do with a shelf or small table but overall it was a great place to stay

Our favourite local pub for eating out and great beers.

Just had a drink there but wow what a beer garden. We will 100% be returning for food looked amazing.

Lovely hotel and restaurant. Double room with ensuite shower was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities were provided along with complimentary biscuits(even had a nespresso machine). We enjoyed a lovely meal and dessert in the gorgeous garden surroundings and we had a very enjoyable stay, staff were really nice and helpful 😀

We were a large group getting together at the Boyne Arms as myself and my husband were visiting local family from canada. My brother in law and cousin both spent money on meals with their families and were asked to leave at 9pm as they don’t allow kids in any later than that! We were all spending money on drinks. From the moment I walked into the bar, I did not feel comfortable at all, what a shame. We took our business down the road to the three horse shoes who were more than happy to accept our money! Will be spreading the word at how unwelcoming the Boyne is!! You actually ended up spoiling our evening. DO NOT RECCOMEND FOR FAMILIES!!

Great atmosphere, great food and great service! Especially Zoe is a great host that enjoys what she does and interacts with the customers in a fabulous way 😊

The food was lovely when it arrived! Our table was booked for 7.30 and no one came to take our order for 50 mins. There was a large party in a complimentary drink was offered and apology but when all you have had all day is a piece of toast to save yourself for the food it was an awful long wait! I'm also not brill at eating late in the evening and had an uncomfortable sleep but the food was gorgeous.
