Cafe Life in Shropshire

Such a lovely place. The soup of the day was pumpkin lime and chili, with sourdough was so tasty. Vegan moussaka made with lentils was also yummy. Generous lunchtime portions. The prices are reasonable and we also had vegan wine 🍷 winning :)

All round authentic food wholesome and lovely.Very friendly nothing to much trouble.Very clean ..Trying something different every time..The Welsh Lady.

We stumbled across this cute place when I was in Shrewsbury with my mum and daughter. The staff were friendly and the food absolutely delicious. We are not a vegan household but do regularly include vegetarian and vegan meals in our home cooking. The lunch today has given me a lot of inspiration, As someone who follows a gf diet it was fab to be able to indulge in the range of delicious cakes. Thank you to the team. We will be back

My Husband, little Dog & I had a lovely Lunch at The Good Life @ Shrewsbury today and we could not fault the friendly and welcoming Staff. The Food was delicious. I had Moussaka (Vegan of course) and it was the nicest I've tasted since going Vegan 10 years ago. The Menu is one of the best I've seen with so many options (sweet or savoury). We'll certainly visit again when in the area. Thank You :-)

Great vegan / vegetarian cafe diner. I love my meat but when I am in the area I will visit this place as the food is amazing. I tried the lasagne and quiche both were great. Tasted sooooooo good I didn't miss my meat. The previous times I have tried their salads too and they are very fresh and tasty. There is a very good selection in the salads different varieties too choose from. I have also tried their chocolate Brownie and it's sooooooo good you wouldn't realise it has beetroot in it. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The eat in area is very cosy and warm. Overall a must place to eat when in Shrewsbury.
