Cafe on the cop in Shropshire

Popped in with my little boy today. I've walked passed quite a few times and always thought I'd like to go in there..... well today I did.The staff were very friendly, helpful and caring. Even asked if my little boy would like his toast cut in to soldiers. He thoroughly enjoyed the toast and the cake. I had a blondie amd it was more than enough. Great size cakes if you want to be a gannet like me and eat it all or to share with a loved one 😄 please visit these guys and support local businesses, this one is a must

Possibly the best all day breakfast you will find in town - absolutely delicious and madly generous. Great service from Maggie and the other young ladies in the cafe - friendly, polite and super helpful. Five ⭐️

Went in for lunch and first of all we said 2 separate bills simple request. Food comes out and my moms egg was not cooked so asked for another again not cooked, I was given salad with salad cream or mayo on which I didn’t ask for and seemed snappy when asked to take the sauce off.Friend had dessert and was snappy and very rude when asked to change cakes as first one was so hard she couldn’t eat it, we was given dirty looks and they was whispering felt unwelcome all because food wasn’t right. Went to pay bill and I was nearly charged for cake my friend had which was separate bill and then tried to overcharge me for a extra drink and only took it off as I was trying to calculate it.Overall experience awful won’t come again just felt uncomfortable. Shame I couldn’t give 0 stars as 1 is far to generous.

We've been a couple of times recently after following these guys on Instagram & seeing posts of all their amazing cakes, food & drinks. It does not disappoint. They are great accommodating for our little'un too & are always very welcoming!

Visited shrewsbury & come across cafe on the cop , saw the delicious cakes within the window , I could not resist myself they looked so tasty & I was not wrong! Infact I have not tasted sponge as delicious as this in along time . Also purchased a kinder pie of which I have never come across wow that was even better wish I had brought more for the trip home . Credit to the baker & a lovely pair of ladies . Take care have a lovely Christmas ☃️ x

Amazing cafe - the cakes are unreal, really good all day breakfast, and lovely staff and service. Went three times in our one week visit to Shropshire. Brilliant, couldn’t recommend highly enough

Lovely little cafe on a busy road. Called at lunch today whilst shopping and needing a break. Compact menu. Sandwich on nice bread and the mother double egg on toast. Delish. Saw a breakfast come out and it looked a monster! Might try it next time. Nice staff.

I was looking for a cafe with something different. Luckily I came across this nice little cafe. It may be small but there is pleanty of room inside. Staff were very helpful but didn't understand about celiac (Gluten free) requirements. I had the meatball panini it was really tasty with a generous portion size. Filter coffe has free refills. As a side I had sweet potato fries that were crispy and nice.

The food is amazing and plentiful. We had breakfast which was delivered fresh, hot and very very tasty.The whole order was made and presented so so well.This will be our go to breakfast cafe for the foreseeable 👌🏻(We will try lunch, when in town, as I'm sure it will be the same high standards)
