Caffe Nero in Shropshire

A regular place for us and our springer spaniel puppy. Staff are great and always welcoming. Coffee is even better

Coffee can be bitter at times especially past couple months,which is a shame,lovely place to relax,can get quite busy

Have been here many times, sadly a cleaner may be a good idea, tables gruby, floor not much better, drinks and food however were very nice. Seems to have long since passed its best.

Great Caffè Nero here in Shrewsbury and we hadn't been for almost two years now.Lovely to see it still as comfortable and relaxing as before and they do serve up excellent coffee and cakes etc..Friendly and welcoming staff, very clean and spacious too. Probably one of the best coffee shops in and around Shrewsbury.Thanks Caffè Nero Shrewsbury for another great visit, will try to be back a bit more often.

Always like coming to Cafe Nero with my second half for lovely latte. Customer service is really good, and polite. There variety of choice to drink and eat. I recomend to come and try their hot drinks😉

Nice food, lovely coffee and very polite and efficient Staff.

Coffee okay and up to normal standard, but the tables, walls, mirrors and decor was very grubby and not clean. The staff didn't appear to clear the tables and the whole place needs redecorating and thoroughly cleaning. The disabled toilet was very dirty and wouldn't flush. The floor hadn't been cleaned properly, the toilet roll dispenser was broken and the hand dryer was dirty.I wasn't able to get pictures, but I would call environmental health into check the place out.

The cafe is well set up and spaced for guests during the current difficult times. All track and trace elements in place for either their own scheme or the government scheme. Nice to enjoy a Soy based Hot Chocolate and a chocolate on the side 😉 with this one. 👍
