My prawn dish was not spicy, but the flavour was soooooo good! Pity I do not live locally. Highly recommended. A small non chain restuarant with excellent service. My sister-in-law is Thai and said the food here was the most authentic in Shrewsbury.

Having lived in Thailand for a year I can say that this is really scrumptious flavourful Thai food. Lots of vegetarian options and just 100% delicious, would come here again.

I had a fantastic meal here, I love Thai food and this has to be one of the best tasting I've had in a long time. Good value for money and relaxed atmosphere.

We went for set menu B and had mixed starters, soup, 4x main dishes with steamed rice. All home cooked and authentic. The service was excellent and done with a smile. I really recommend this as the best thai restaurant in Shrewsbury. Left totally satisfied and very full 😊

Looking for an authentic Thai restaurant, we found this place. And we were not disappointed!!Run and cooked by a lovely elderly Thai couple, the food was presented beautifully, freshly cooked (worth the minimal wait) and extremely tasty. There were fresh sweet basil, coriander and lemongrass in the dishes. The set menu allowed us to sample 6 different dishes, each with a different delicious sauce. This is not the modern Thai street food in a glitzy environment, but the real thing including the obligatory photograph of the Kibg of Thailand.A brilliant find! Thank you!

Food was just alright. We have ordered1. Thai Fish cake (Tod Mun Pla): absolutely delicious. No complaints for this one.2. Fried Prawn in Tamarind sauce (Gung Ma Kham): this one is also nice and no complaints. Recommended to try it.3. Grilled Beef in Spicy sauce (Yum Nue Yang): the meat was very hard and dry. The sauce was very strong mint taste and smell which is not really enjoyable for someone who does not like mint at all.4. Fried Fish in red curry sauce (Pla Rad Prik): this one is alright for me, but also still smell mint which it was supposed not and my friend said she can tasted ginger which was also supposed not to be in there.5. Tom Yum Gung soup with prawns: this one was the worst because the first thing i can tasted was MINT and real tom yum gung doesn’t suppose to taste Mint at all. Therefore, it was not tasted like real tom yum and there was not any other components like lemongrass and others. We went for dinner with a group of 3 people. We arrived at the restaurant around 6 pm because i called to ask staff there about what time the restaurant open and she said 6pm ( but it’s actually open at 5.30pm ). We turned up there just the right time before all the tables are booked up.The restaurant is a bit small. The waitress was unfriendly and looked unhappy for somehow which pretty much ruin our appetites.

Chose this restaurant based on reviews. Very happy that j did. We had a very warm welcome. The food was delicious, the portion size was generous and the price was reasonable. Sorry the photos were taken after I had started eating!
