Chetwode Arms in Shropshire

Visited here to meet up with up with 9 members of family. Table for ten was ready as promised. Good beer, delicious food. I had the steak and ale pie which was gorgeous. Lovely service staff. Very recommended.

The Sunday menu was underwhelming, even more so when two of the main dishes were unavailable. Roast Turkey was bland, Roast Beef offensively chewy. Unseasoned vegetables were lifeless and limp. Incredibly bland food and a rather depressing meal. Highly overpriced, too. Wouldn't return.

Excellent food, very tasty meals as everything is cooked fresh, well worth the wait when they are very busy, + reasonably priced menu. We enjoy every meal we have tried whether it's lunch or dinner. Our favourite eatery place.

15 of us went for Mothers day lunch.It was great especially the lamb between two, there was so much we were giving it to others in our party also loved the cauliflower cheese.

Absolutely awesome. Exemplary service, truly fantastic food, reasonable prices. Could not ask for anything else except that it be a little closer to home! Highly recommended eatery.

Called on spur of the moment for lunch, bit of a celebration for some good family news. The staff were super helpful especially Angela finding a place near the fire ( my husband needs to be warm) nothing was too much trouble and the meal was delicious. Thank you very much Jackie & Peter x

Great british pub food. Good menu not to much. And proper freshly cooked onion rings. Highly recommend 👍

Incredible food, welcoming and friendly staff with a really relaxed atmosphere! Only problem is that it is not closer to where I live!
