Cote Brasserie - Shrewsbury in Shropshire

Usually excellent but sadly failed on presentation and freshness on our recent visit. We were not charged but hope that the restaurant will consider stark comparisons with menu pictures and actual dishes. We had gone the week before and had a wonderful meal with some of the same dishes so there is hope!

We had meal here one night we enjoyed it so much we went back the following night. The second night was enjoyable as the first . I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely fantastic experience here. I have booked online for a special occasion. And I must say the staff that works there absolutely delivered. They made it very special for us. Highly recommended.

Popped in for lunch in town and it took us a little longer than expected ... But with good quality food and friendly service we had a good time! It's position on the square is excellent and if you have a window seat it is great to watch the world happening in the vibrant square. For me, the portion size of the main meal was a little small and slow service meant we were there longer than we thought. But for those wanting a leisurely lunch in a great location with quality food, you can't go wrong!

Had the 2 course meal for £14.95. Wow the food was absolutely delicious .We chose to have the Rib eye steak and paid £2.95 each extra and it tasted beautiful, the best steak I've had in a long time. I can highly recommend this restaurant. The only bad views were the toilets, the floors and cubicles very dirty and grubby..

A great place to meet, eat and drink. The staff her are always very friendly and they serve a great coffee. The food is delicious. Cote is now on our preferred list when looking for just a coffee or somewhere to eat when shopping in Shrewsbury.

Went here for breakfast with my wife. Toast was cold which was the first thing I noticed. The bacon and sausage was okay but not great and for the price they charge it really should be. For sure better places to go in town.

Loved this restaurant. Staff were lovely. Food wonderful. Couldn't fault it at all. Waitress recommended a wine to go with my dessert and she was right. Picture is of the pork belly which I highly recommend

Friendly staff, but the pudding wasn't quite right, it was removed from our bill, we weren't expecting that, it was a nice gesture, we were made to feel welcome, food was amazing, service prompt, definitely go again. Tim served us and couldn't do enough for us, thank you very much 😊
