Great pub/Hotel. Friendly efficient service in a relaxed atmosphere. Close to all bars and restaurants. Five minutes walk from the train station.

Had pork belly roast dinner, chocolate cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding with wine and beer. Everything was cooked to perfection and will be going back again here for food as extremely good.

Had a get together with friends for a Christmas dinner.. nothing was too much trouble! Attentive and welcoming. The food was spectacular as well, we will definitely book again!

The food was tremendous. Thoroughly enjoyed my King Roast! The service was fine. The only real problem is that we were freezing cold. It wasn't the warmest day anyway and it felt as though no heating had been put on.

The barmaid was excellent, very professional.The Ale. Very good.The food. Well. Obviously brought in from outside and reheated. The "thrice cooked chips" I suspect was the unsold jacket potato from yesterday, sliced up. I don't think they had an actual chef outback.Overall 6/10

Lovely little Bar/restaurant/Hotel. Nice and clean. Good food. Wonderful little private beer garden at the rear, to catch the last rays of the setting sun.

Really nice place for a spot of lunch. Has a cute seating area outside at the back which is great on a sunny day. Not a huge amount of food options but what we had was really good (cheese, tomato and red onion sandwich on granary).
