Excellent food and cosy, small village atmosphere.

·

Lovely country pub, friendly staff, lovely food including tapas/small plates and vegetarian/vegan options. Dogs are welcome in the Gun Bar area and you can also order food there as well as in the dining room. Dining room seems to be popular and bookings are recommended.

·

The food & service was great with a good selection on the menu, different things to most pubs/restaurants which was a very pleasant change.

I have visited several times and cannot praise the food enough. The food is always amazing and staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit ☺ Xx

I went here for a Sunday roast over the Easter weekend. It's a cozy pub with a lovely beer garden. I was impressed with the food and number of friendly staff - even though they were busy, service was attentive.

Great tasting food, friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend and return to sample more dishes. Frickles and fried squid were super tasty starters, game pie full of amazing flavours.

We visited the Dickin Arms on Saturday 24th April. It was our first meal out since December 2020, visiting family for the 1st time since October 2020.Food was amazing, as were the staff.. friendly helpful and following all the guidelines. The marquis they have erected is amazing, decorated beautifully.. lots of comfy sofas to relax on, deck chairs next to the fire pit, heaters inside the marquis and lots and lots of outside seating in the sunshine.Highly recommended.
