Domino's Pizza in Shropshire

Absolute disgrace. I ordered a pizza with sides and it arrived 40 minutes past the requested time. I placed the order much earlier in the day, so they had 10-12 hours notice. The food arrived cold. It was all bland and tasteless and I just feel ripped off. NEVER again will I order from this place. AWFUL. ZERO star rating.

Since the madeley store has been taken over by the new owners the pizzas have been excellent every time and the deliveries have been spot on. Thank you

Ordered and chose a specific delivery time on the app. Delivered way later than requested. Why have such an option when you can't get anywhere near it?

So for the first time in my life I ordered Domino's from the South Telford Madeley branch .Obviously on New Year's Eve it would be busy but you would of thought with 10 employees on site they would of got our order spot on! But no unfortunately our pizza was stone cold and they forgot our garlic bread. A little tip for any potential pizza takeaway buyer's just go to another takeaway service not this one .In my humble opinion we went to a local chippy they do lovely pizza's and guess what the pizza's were hot! .

Never usually have a problem with Dominos, pizzas nice and have always delivered in good time. However we've had rude service twice now. First time we gave them benefit of doubt maybe they were very busy that night it was lockdown and limited places open so we left it and tried else where. However we tried tonight to be told they arent taking phone orders you have to do it via the website because of Covid ???? What's the difference between taking your order and card details over the phone for delivery to doing it on the website? Anyway won't be ordering from Dominos anytime soon

Never again will I buy Domino's, the food arrived late and was stone cold.I called and spoke to a staff member who then passed the phone onto someone else who also couldn't be bothered with my call,I called the shop three times in total,1) ask where the delivery was?2)ask where the my order was3)make a complaint the food was stone coldI was offered a freed pizza the next time I buy something again which is completely unacceptable..Very poor customer service along with management,To be honest it sounded like a crèche, the background total embarrassment.It will be Papa John's from now on I think, 😉

I would honestly give 0 stars if it was an option. Myself and my boyfriend have ordered from this place many times before and never had a problem until tonight. We decided we wanted to order one tonight and have an at home date night since we’re not able to go out anywhere with the current situation. We even ordered more than we normally would. We ordered two large pizzas and two sides. My boyfriends pizza turned out fine, just as it normally is. However mine was most definitely not. I just ordered a plain cheese and tomato pizza as I always did and the reason why I liked dominos pizza was because I liked the amount of cheese they normally put on. I’ve had a bad experience with too much cheese and ended up choking pretty bad before . When I received my pizza tonight it was absolutely drenched in cheese. There was so much that it didn’t even look like it had been cut. My first thought was that they’d sent me someone else’s pizza who had preferred extra cheese. I get that some would like that amount of cheese but it’s about preference and every other time I had ordered from there it had been the perfect amount. Anyway, I rang up to ask if there was any solution to the problem, preferably being a new pizza as this one was inedible for me. The lady seemed very confused by what I was saying and put me on hold for five minutes. I was then greeted by a man who I assume was the manager. He was so rude to me. He basically turned around and said that it’s the normal amount they put on since each pizza gets a quality check before it leaves. Which can’t possibly be correct otherwise there would not be that much cheese on the pizza. I even mentioned that it looked like there had been added extra cheese but he was insistent that I was wrong. The way he spoke to me was not acceptable. He was so belittling it got to the point that he made me cry. It was just not the customer service that is deemed acceptable at all. At the end of this I’m not even upset about the pizza but instead I’m saddened by how I was spoken to. I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

Ordered pizza from here many times and never had a problem. Then ordered again recently, just normal pizza, came and was caked in so much cheese it was literally inedible. I rang them up to see if they could deliver a fresh one and take the old one back just to be told that this is how they normally come without even knowing how the pizza looked and claimed they "quality check every pizza"

Ordered 3 pizzas, one margarita, one cheeseburger and one meteor. All were absolutely beautiful, cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of cheese on them!! Should give some free food on orders over £60....free cookies? 😜😜👍👍

i placed an order to find after over an hour it turns up almost cold,i then rang the store to be told i could not have a replacement as it was too busy but could have a free one next time, this i did not want as it was now i was hungry and these would need to be re heated in my oven first and was not acceptable. after all they where quick enough to take my money.the manager was very rude and suggested what more did i want "for him to come round and give me a massage" certainly not if the quality was the same as the pizzasI had this problem ages ago and stopped using them, this will now be a permanent thingp.s only gave 1 star as nothing lower
