East End Balti in Shropshire

WOW, food as always is amazing. Friendly service from when ordering on the phone and when the driver arrives. Customer service exceptional, even when the wrong item was delivered (this could have been my error) phoned and the correct dish was delivered within 15 minutes. I really can’t rate these guys high enough.

1st time we have tried this restaurant for takeaway. The currys were great but the chicken tikka was very dry, came with no onions and was a tiny portion. Only 1 tiny bag of salad for a chicken tikka main and a starter? Only 1 bag of onions to accompany 6 popadoms. Overall food was good but portion size was very small. Even the rice tub was only half full.

Every eating experience is subjective. For myself, having used this establishment as a dine in and take out, I find it compares favourably with other similar in Shifnal.The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.The food, for my tastes, is always good. The added bonus is that they do not sell alcohol. You take your own in and they will supply glasses and openers. Well worth a visit. Enjoy.

Amazing restaurant i have to say. Friendly staff and very polite. They always get the order right and deliver on time if not earlier. Ive eaten inside and the ambience is beautiful. My fave spot to go for a quick meal with family and friends.

Small but perfectly formed. Really enjoyed the meals and free nan bread as I opted for no rice. Very nice staff who would have adjusted ingredients if needed to suit any special requirements.

The only curry restaurant and take away I ever use in shifnal. Accommodating, friendly and always make my children welcome.

Went there last night during stay in Shifnal. Chose this restaurant based on reviews and was not disappointed. Great selection of food and it was really lovely. Staff were pleasant. There is no license to serve alcohol, however they are happy for people to bring their own. Will try and get back there before we leave as it was a great experience..

Maybe the best of its kind in the areaBeen here half a dozen times now on work events with a table with up to 26 people.Service is always good and good is always served together and hot, even in big groups.Will defiantly go there againAlways amazing mealsA**

Love this place. There's quite a few takeaways in Shifnal to choose from, but I always find myself gravitating towards East End Balti, because the staff are friendly, the food is delicious and they are reliable for deliveries. They don't mess you around or get orders wrong even when they are very busy. Keep up the quality service guys, I recommend 100%.
