Fordhall Farm in Shropshire

Early lunch in the café as it was quiet, loved the soup. Food well presented & pleasant service. Walked Charlotte's farm trail and came back to the café for tea & cake. Finished off our visit with some purchases from the farm shop. Great way to spend a few hours..

Stopped for lunch food was good but service very slow other dinners seemed to have same problem

We had lunch in the cafe. The food was very tasty and we were able to sit outside. There was room inside too. Car park conveniently close but busy at lunchtime - it was the school holidays.

A great selection of local produce at good prices! Friendly staff! Having their steak and ale pie for tea! Yum!

Perfect if you want to enjoy a relaxing walk and soak in the sceneryLittle play area for children pigs and sheep to be seen , little cafe ( we did not visit)We enjoy walking the dogs here.

Small and a bit disappointing. A few nice items, a few not, and a proportion of stuff widely available elsewhere, but much more expensive here.

Nice walk round farm and then a lovely cup of coffee and delicious cake. Perfect.

We visited Arthur and the farm in 1995 and spent the day listening to him talk about his ideas and were very inspired by him. We are so glad his farm has been rescued and my wife is now one of thousands of shareholders in the new community venture. There is an onsite butchers and farm shop plus a community venture enabling people with learning difficulties and other people with support needs to experience the rural lifestyle.
