Giovanni's Ice Cream Parlour and Coffee Shop in Shropshire

My son was pestering me for a milkshake so all three of us stopped here for some refreshment. We were spoilt for choice with the ice cream on the menu and he really enjoyed his dark chocolate milkshake. My husband and I had coffees and they arrived with a wonderful tasty treat on top so we decided to stay for crepes too! Freshly made and very tasty. The staff were friendly and offered to bring us another chair outside. I would recommend this place.

Sat outside on a small table at the top of Cartway consuming a lovely coconut and lemon ice cream cone, served to me by a delightful french lady while discussing the Euro Finals. Great place, must go again 👍🙂.

Lovely staff, clean shop, great choice of treats, great coffee, a regular stop for us and our two kids. Make sure you visit here as you wouldn't want to miss out 🙂

We, as a family of 4 have had many things off the menu. Everything we have had is perfect, fresh and so super tasty! They have a great range on their menu. There is something for everyone! Including the pooches! They have dog friendly biscuits and ice cream so your buddy can join in. We visited Giovanni's a few days ago. This was for the first time since Covid. They have taken on extra measures to make sure themselves and their customers are safe and we still get to support a local business. The staff here are wonderful. They are some of the nicest people you will meet. And if their food doesn't put a smile on your face then they will. Great prices, Top quality food and service and a wonderful atmosphere. What more could you want?

Such a friendly team run this delightful ice cream parlour / creperie / coffee house in the pretty, cobbled backstreets of Bridgenorth. Well worth a visit to sample their freshly homemade food and drink to go and great service!

A friendly welcoming café. The staff were really nice and when they saw there were 4 of us ordering ice cream 2 people served us to speed up the process which I thought was good. The ice creams we had were really good and there was a really good range of flavours which I believe change regularly although I have only been once so can't confirm this. There was also a nice place to sit and eat them inside which was good, especially on a hot day.

Lovely cafe! Friendly staff, nice big pot of tea. Had the crepes, which were lovely, and a gorgeous freshly baked scone. Small place but full of charm!

A dog friendly café. Owners and staff are very friendly. They offer light snacks. The tea is a pot with china cups. The coffee is always excellent. It is a small café so worth poking head around the corner to ensue seats are free. They are also an ice cream parlour if you just want to buy a cone and continue exploring Bridgnorth.

Great service..ice cream perfect..location the best. I recommend it highly. Staff is brilliant! And ask to go downstairs and see caves.Came back in and ordered tea and coffee..sat in a quaint little tea room with great view outside. Coffee was perfect flavorsome and had a great selection. My tea was great as well..served in a sweet English cup and saucer..a bottle of milk and cookies. Highly recommend. I will be back

This is an excellent place! Go in every time I visit Bridgnorth for an Ice cream which is the best. The staff are very friendly, always pleasant and happy to talk. Dogs are welcome inside and they get free dog biscuits they really make you feel welcome! Would definately recommend you visit when in Bridgnorth!
