Absolutely awesome place. Love the sausage rolls.

Great coffee and bacon roll to start the day. But, Colin needs to really chill out.Tutting and huffing at customers isn’t a great look. He’s even making me feel stressed. 😩

·

Slow service with people leaving the queue due to the waiting time. A bit disorganised too; when one gentleman returned to the counter and asked for milk he was told if it wasn’t around the corner, it was upstairs. People paying then having to wait for ages for their small orders.

Was looking for Greggs in Shrewsbury as the one in the main street was closed. Went elsewhere instead.

Always takes 20 minutes to get served even when they dont have many customers instore, staff dont know what day of the week it is and always get given the wrong food/drink worst greggs ive ever been to, will literally start paying double the price to go to pret where they have more than a single braincell

Much improved since their move it seems to me.

Normally Greggs are efficient and sell good food. This outlet on Pride Hill did sell good food, BUT the tables were full of left over food and debris. Could not use the toilet!I see another reviewer 9 months ago had a similar experience. There is clearly a problem of management here.

Nice to have a Greggs with a good seating area rather than just takeouts. Gets very busy at lunch time though. Staff do a good job, and have found them to be very friendly. Unfortunately during the rush there's never anyone free to empty the bins. Queuing system needs a few Tensa Barriers to guide it past the sandwich cabinets. As it is, everyone has to stand in the queue then jump out when they are near the baguettes to choose and grab their food then slip back into the queue. Everyone has to do it but I've seen some right moaners having a go as if the customers were queue jumping. PS Bring back the lattice sausage rolls with the Pickle in!

Where would we all be without a Gregg's when out shopping!!! Another good store that offers hot food (sometimes!) and is very handy.

Saturday am. Queue half way up pride hill, one person serving. Constant arrival of delivery people collecting orders drivers not wearing masks or social distancing. Deliveries given priority over take away trade. Here's a good idea. When you are in the queue put in your order through just eat and have it delivered to yourself in the queue! It will be quicker.
