Had take out last night from The Jade and it was excellent. I would go as far as to say it was the best Chinese I have ever eaten. Salt and pepper chips were an amazing addition to the various dishes. The food wasn’t greasy just very very tasty! I will be back !

I let it slide that when I place a telephone order the other person on the end of the phone just says 'yeah' not 'what would you like' or 'can I take your order please' (doesn't matter who you speak to) then tonight I place a very simple order but they got it wrong. I could have let that slide also but then to find 2 hairs in the food was very poor. Phoned up to complain which they were really not bothered about. Very rude and poor management and rude staff. Will not be using again

Would not recommend satay chicken as chicken seems boiled and lacks normal texture (flacid and soft). Also chicken fried rice barely had any chicken in it. Not a good experience.

We are waiting longer and longer every time for food even with a collection time. We turned up later today and still no food. For the 2nd time we have received the wrong order and made to feel like it's our fault

Went to Jade house as our usual Chinese is shut for holidays. What a waste of money ordered over the phone told it was going to be 10-15 minutes arrived in 15 minutes then had to wait another 20. Got home chicken and sweetcorn soup is not made with 50 percent sugar in the bin that went, next the rice was sticky and cold, chicken and mushroom curry stuck to the spoon it was that thick and contained 1small mushroom cut into 4, next my pork chop suey never tasted anything so tasteless so in the bin. Don’t waste your money.

Worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. We had a chicken chow mein, the chicken had the texture of jelly. There was not a drop of taste to the meal and as another reviewer has said "vile chips". Too top it all off it was half cold, will never order from here again. Absolutely disgusting, owners should be ashamed. I feel sick and robbed. Do not recommend.
