Kfc in Shropshire

Food was very nice, hot and served promptly, but the building itself and definitely the toilets really need a good clean, very disappointing

We went around 3pm on a Thursday. No queues about a five minute wait for food but it was freshly cooked and tasted lovely and juicy.

Food was decent, friendly service. Only issue was floor was very dirty and sticky and there didn't appear to be anyone on the shopfloor cleaning

Asked for boneless banquet for one got no side and wings/drum sticks? Witch obviously has bones 😂 rubbish

Ordered our food to eat in, then waited ages, as there was a large number of Just Eat delivery drivers near the counter loitering, waiting to collect delivery orders.Chaotic service......not great experience!

To be honest it's the first time we have ever given a tip in a fast food restaurant, the guy on front of house was absolutely outstanding, he was dedicated and friendly and committed to his job. Unfortunately we did not catch his name to big him up. Keep up the good work!! 👍

This was a terrible place to eat. The order was supposed to be 8 minutes it took 15,.the place was filthy inside and out and the staff was totally oblivious to the condition of their surroundings. Horrible!

I found tonight that the staff was rude to myself and my wife. The food was ok but I didn't even feel welcome in the restaurant. Usually the staff is ok here, after tonight I won't be returning for a while... judging by how empty it was at 8oclock and McDonald's across the road was full. Perhaps other people are thinking the same too. Improvement need to be made here.

Firstly, the member of staff handed my food to someone else, who went and sat down, opened up the box and emptied all the chicken onto the table with his hands. He then realised it wasn't his meal before packing the chicken up into the box, again using his hands, he gave the box back to the member of staff who tried to pass the same box to me. I asked for a new box and the member of staff reluctantly obliged.Secondly there was food on all of the empty tables, we had to clean our own table before sitting down.Finally, the bins were overflowing and full bin bags were left sitting by the bins, while we were eating a member of staff came out and emptied the bin into a bin bag, before leaving this now full bin bag by the bin. My partner and I then watched this member of staff walk back into the servery and begin to serve food to customers without washing her hands. This left us both feeling physically sickened.
