Kfc in Shropshire

The food is always spot on but service is so slow and the music is ridiculously loud. They need more staff on the front - delivery drivers were waiting for orders and there was quite a few of us waiting for our orders inside.

Unfortunately can't give a 0... Was waiting at the till for ten minutes. Was 2 people working one girl one boy, was no customer service ignored us, decided to just leave. Also the toilets didn't look they they were cleaned as was wee all over the seat. Will not be going back anytime soon

No one was wearing a mask, except staff. The place had 2 staff working front of house. They were rushed off their feet serving so tables were a mess, no customer seemed to want to clear their own rubbish away. There was a long wait for food. They seemed to be a staff member short, but that seems to be a permanent problem, nothing to do with the pandemic. If there was a McDonald's in town I wouldn't even think of KFC. Only visit here if you have time to spare, or everywhere else is closed.

I'm not happy about what I got! The salad I ordered and what Iactually received! 👎👎👎

To sit in this kfc is amazing, quick food times always nice and its usually nice and quiet however we ordered from this kfc on just eat and spent quiet a lot when it arrived half of our food was missing and after ringing the restaurant over 100 times they did not answer and we didn't receive a refund nor our missing food

i am very disappointed about my food. the food wasn’t packed properly, it was also very cold. i also didn’t get the right food and they had no change. furthermore, there was hardly no staff on, and absolutely no effort in anything. i will be leaving this restaurant with a bad review.

Dreadful service. Me and 4 other people were kept waiting almost 20 minutes to get a our food. All the Staff looked like they just came out of school. Kept laughing and joking with each other. You need a few older people make sure they are kept in check (I was a head chef for 32 years). They would not of behaved like this if I was in charge. They just kept serving JUSTEAT delivery drivers. Customers started to complain. KFC need to pull their socks up.

My husband & I popped in for a quick lunch; what a joke! Tables were dirty, the bin was overspilling with rubbish; 2 members of staff behind counter, one doing all orders up & the other doing sweet fa!!My husband went to the loos; he said they were filthy!!Certainly won't be going back there again!! Management need a shake up or wake up!

Two visits have been bad experiences, either the food is taking a really long time ( by that I mean over 20 mins) Seem to be short staffed or untrained staff being trained incorrectly my first bad experience kept me waiting 32 minutes as the staff member doing the chicken fillets had turned off the fryer! Second visit today I ordered 2 tower burgers and got two zinger towers instead but I didn't know until I got home so had to eat them, despite not being what I'd selected. Also the receipt papers were out on both self ordering points so I wasn't issued with a receipt for my order. Just don't feel that the staff or managers actually care about the customers, they just do their job anything like a smile is too much effort. It could be far better if communication was clear and upfront.
