Average At Best, Rude Staff.Average but premium priced breakfast served luke-warm. Asked for it to be warmed up explaining that I hadn't started eating it as soon as it had arrived at the table, so prepared to accept some blame. Another member of our party witnessed a chef refer to myself as a "bell-end".Breakfast then returned with reheated ingredients and a fresh egg, but hash browns missing in action.Pretty poor overall, certainly won't go back.

Very nice, coffee always good. Need more staff on at lunch time some meals left for at least 7mins waiting for staff to serve.

Looking forward to a simple toasted teacake and coffee ☕. Sadly the teacake was only toasted on side and consequently doughy. When brought to the attention of the server I was met with I will tell the chef with no option of a replacement.

Terrible food. Burger tasted like cardboard and my wife's jacket potato filled with beef hotpot was equally bland. Did complain to manager but only an apology and the excuse they had a new chef. No offer of discount.

Terrible serviceForgot part of order, then tried to charge for itCharged for extra cheese, and then charged for a dip I did not haveCheck your bills!I have been here many time before and it’s always been ok, but won’t be back after today

After a week away, on the day we were coming home we went here for breakfast. Tables were well spaced out, and staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was very clean. Full breakfast was excellent and well worth the money. An excellent place to visit, and the cakes and scones looked tasty.

The place seemed to be in some chaos, was told the they were short of staff. We were a group of 4 and had to wait outside until space became available. But we were not advised that cooked food was stopping. When we were allowed in were told that we coul not sit together, so had to be separated to two different tables. Understand that Covid presents problems but the place seemed to be in a all over the place. Such a shame.

I ordered 2 bacon baps to 25mins later I got my baps and it wasn't busy they should have cut out the middle man and put them straight in the bin. The baps where dry and must have been a week old and the bacon was full of grease INEDIBLE

Visited here today. Lovely restaurant and outside seating area. Friendly and helpful staff. Told our waitress that I was on a diet with Slimming World but couldn't find anything SYN free on the menu. She kindly offered to make me a Ham Salad which was lovely and my husband was quite envious of. She also advised us to try a Sugar Free Cordial which was really fab and said we could also purchase a bottle of it from the Ludlow Food centre. Which we did. Very impressed. Diet friendly..we will certainly visit here again.

Just discovered the Shropshire bun. Apparently the staff favourite. Thanks to the waitress who recommended it 🌟
