McDonald's - Wrexham Bypass in Shropshire

Went in to get a breakfast, food was fine but I was given this drink when I paid full price for a large but should of only paid for a medium by the looks of it. Not to mention the whole drink was just ice, there was basically no actual liquid to drink. Ended up throwing it away and going to the shops to get something better and cheaper. Really upset and out of pocket

Whitchurch Macdonalds drive… we never have everything we order. I had call to complaint before. While we wait for the food we can hear conversations that aren’t appropriate, a lot of messing around and the focus in not the client. Very poor service again today

Ordered the limited edition Italian Stack, but customised my order. Fancied only a single patty instead of two. Box arrived with the sticker on to say one patty was removed but they'd removed both by mistake so my burger was now a sandwich.I didn't check that the order was right before driving all the way home so it's on me too.It wasn't busy when I went. Maybe 5 other customers. All around 7pm

Terrible experience, I was waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes. Several workers made eye contact with me and completely blanked me - clearly couldn’t be bothered taking my order! Shocking service

I stop here at least once a month as a treat with my son on the way back from the hospital in Oswestry. We have been visiting for the past 5years. Usually we would do the drive thru, on this odd occasion we decided to eat in. As always my son asked for a half and half milkshake and was told they don't do it and never have. Guessing we must of dreamt the past 5years of half a banana and half strawberry milkshake......., that was originally offered by a member of staff that saw my disabled child was struggling to decide between the two flavours. We always returned to this particular Md's because of the service, thought and care that day.My son was gutted when we were told no this time.I'll stop at the new Muller MD's further along in our journey for a change next time. Hopefully the drive thru is better located too, as this one gets rather busy and cars can be queueing onto the dual carriageway also blocking the slip road into the petrol station.

Only a small outlet but good location next to a garage, plenty of parking.Visited 10.45 pm and used the drive through, service was pleasant and speedy, food and drink good up to the standard you would expect.

Good stop off spot. It has had issues with staffing due to cov but who hasn't. I had the breakfast muffin meal, arrived quickly after ordering. The food and coffee were hot and the restaurant was clean

I've been to a lot of McDonald's restaurants in my time. This one has to be up there with the best of them. Food fresh and hot, restaurant clean, grounds & carpark tidy and staff friendly and unusually for a McDonald's, I got service with a smile from someone who didn't appear resent the fact that I'd interrupted their day. Well done guys!

Slow service but they still have time to mess around in the kitchen and serving window. laughing joking and whipping each other with towels while ques mount up and order are wrong. missed items. never any ice really need to improve quickly on all of these I live local and I would sooner drive to market Drayton or Telford for better quality and better service
