McDonald's in Shropshire

Did our order on phone. Armed with order number thought they might get everything right.. got home no cream or toffee sauce on our lattes, my partner had a mcchicken sandwich that needed armbands to swim in the mayo that it was plastered in.. everything else was OK but I do t think I've ever got what I order at Meole brace.

We ordered from Just Eats and our order never arrived. We came to the restaurant to sort it out and the manager, Lotty, was absolutely amazing and gave us such quick service. Thank you so much. P.S. DONT ORDER FROM JUST EATS THEY ARE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!

This is hands down the worst maccies in the country. The food tastes like absolute trash, and they never get your order right. I honestly don’t think I’ve been to a worse McDonald’s in my whole life. Just ordered breakfast and it was over 2 hours late. The food was all wrong and freezing cold. Meole brace McDonald’s sort your workers out because this is appalling!!!!

The food was average (order instructions not followed & some items were cold).My complaint is that the disabled toilet was disgusting, urine sprayed EVERYWHERE, the seat, the sink! the floor and the worst part? When I informed the manager, she said 'oh yeah, I know' ... if you know, do you job and action the cleaning.People with disabilities are subject to this far too often, Services not kept clean, disabled changing rooms used for storage!

It’s amazing how they manage to get every single delivery order wrong! There is always at least one item missing. How hard is it to look at an order of four items and get it all in the bag to the customer? Clearly impossible! 😡

Went to this restaurant and was served by the deputy manager. Really polite and excellent service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Wonderful staff and always clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making our Tuesday that bit extra special.

Spot on service, food was hot and tasty, made exactly as ordered, food and drinks arrived promptly, coke had ice but not too much and just the right amount of fizz and flavour, staff are very thoughtful too, as I had forgotten to ask for some milk for the coffee and was given several just in case, the only downside to my visit on this particular occasion would be the toilets as there was a strong smell and they did not look very appealing to use but I have been previously and found them to be clean so I would say more regular toilet monitoring is required.

UPDATE: I’m now wondering if either they know it’s me ordering or whether staff are now trained to deliberately put burgers into bags sideways so they fall apart. Seriously, how difficult is it to pack a bag correctly?This place has really deteriorated since the main part of the pandemic. Had a few incorrect orders but worse is the food quality. We've had burgers clearly just literally thrown together, ingredients missing, sauce and/or salad on less than half the bun, burnt burgers, cold food. It makes me think they're recruiting staff that really just don't give a....

Today, the 17th of February 2022, found me sat outside the outlet from 06:15 until I realised it would be a long time before they were ready to serve food. This was due to the staff being locked out and having to get an emergency locksmith to break into the front door. I don't know why the lock failed and it could have been due to an attempted break-in, sabotage/vandalism or just a mechanical failure but I had to go to another McDonald's for my breakfast. They had acted swiftly to get a locksmith on site and, coincidentally, it started raining seconds after the assembled staff were finally able to get in. This is not a negative reflection on McDonald's or the local staff except an alternative entry point would have enabled the site to open for drive- through service as usual and also put the lights on and possible electronic override options for the front entry airlock. It's always easier to be wise, after the event. I hope they are all sorted later.

A nice McDonald's, the staff is amicable. Especially an oldish man, who is lovely and helpful. He adds a supplement of the soul to the place. Sometimes it is a bit messy, and the staff is a bit overwhelmed.Edit: it's been twice now I'm not happy with this McDonald's. I ordered a salted caramel mc flurry, I received a chocolate one instead, I told the girl at the till, who answered roughly that it was a caramel one I had received, playing with the spoon in the ice cream. No, it was not, and that attitude was rather rude, but whatever, I gave up trying to communicate with her.I went again today and the chips and the cheeseburger were nearly cold.
