Standard food that arrived quickly. Too much emphasis on ordering through the app which doesn't work well and is too time consuming.

First time I have been to a Nando's, personally I thought it was a wee bit over priced, I had the extra hot option, which I thought was a bit mild, but then I do like very hot spices.The service was prompt, however no staff and only a few customers were wearing face masks, I noted in the safety literature that staff in Scotland & Wales wear masks, which puzzled me, obviously a company that follows the guidance of a corrupt and negligent government; Nando's please note that staff and customers not wearing masks can spread air borne infections in England the same as they do in Scotland.I will most likely try Nando's again sometime in the future.

Nandos is one of my all time favourite places to eat when we go away, due to the fact you always know what your getting and its reasonably priced. This one was great, staff were lovely and it wasnt too busy.

Waited over an hour for food to arrive turns out they lost the order and it wasn’t done!! Manager came and gave us a voucher for next time we are in.

This company has surreptitiously taken over £90.95 from my bank account since December the 13th. I don't know how they gained access to my debit card or why they keep charging me. I have reported it to my bank who told me to take it up with the retailer. I emailed Nando's head office, they did not respond. Therefore I am reporting Nando's to Action Fraud.
