New city in Shropshire

My regular Chinese which I’ve used for years was closed for a week so I rang New City instead after reading good reviews on Google. The food is amazing, staff were lovely, food was delivered within half hour of ordering even though it was a Friday night and food was red hot.Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the cost - they’re slightly more expensive than the other Chinese I’ve used but that’s me just being picky. I’ll definitely use New City from now on.

Excellent food fast delivery I personally won't order from anywhere ells

The battered chicken balls with sauce are very tasty and crispy. Very filling and takes a few bites to have one. Also chips are soft and thick which make you full fast.

The chicken was like chewing a rubber ball along with pretty much half of a onion in my curry! Chips were far to salty! On the plus side the curry had a good taste to it but other than that i wouldn't eat there again.

Food good quality, chili and salt chicken is gorgeous. They can get very busy but the lady on the phone always gives you an honest delivery time. Never let us down

I'm sorry,first time ordering from here and never again. Food was ok, but when u have kids u don't expect brown fries rice. Healthy option or not, u should be given the option as my kids looked forward to a treat all day to be served brown rice. Curry sauce was like water also. Ribs were very nice . Would order again if had the option

Can be busy between 6pm and 8pm. Friendly and efficient staff. Fair prices, food excellent. Delivery service. Portions tend to be on large size.Update, 23/12/18. Had Pork in garlic sauce, very ill after. AVOID pork dishes from here. Sauce had not been cooked /seperated. Second bad meal from here in 6 months. BUT, chips best in town.
