A very welcome change from the other fast food places nearby. A fun venue, fairly authentically done, it looks like a diner. The food is as good as fast eating can get. I always have the Yankee Doodle breakfast which is excellent! I cannot rate the staff highly enough. This place can be busy at times, occasionally there's a queue (testimony to the quality of the food) and the staff do their utmost to get you seated quickly, they are fast and always pleasant. I recommend this place.

My first visit to this chain. I was impressed. The food is what you’d expect of an American Diner (having visited some in their home country), large portions of feel good greasy food. It delivers what’s offered. I can’t complain. The lady who served me was absolutely lovely. Her name fails me however.

Very nice American style diner. Lost a star because there was only 1 server on duty and she seemed so run down and busy. (We gave her a nice big tip) Food was nice, well presented, I did find a small hair on top of my food. Another reason for a missing star.

Food is typical diner fare but is good. I had a burger which was burnt, i complained and they replaced with any choice off the menu and not charge great job OK Diner

Went and ordered the ribs, food was fine , but the waitress thought it would be a good idea to use D10 on the floor as I was eating, literally right next time,Entire smell of D10 surrounding me while I'm trying to eat my food.Cold shoulder as soon I walked into building, serious lack of training and social skills.Never been gassed so hard by D10 in my life, especially while eating.Left without finishing food, when I asked if she had ever gone out and had the same experience, reply was "I don't go out" , stay home next time so I can finish my dinner

Iv been to America 3 times and the only authentic food is the skinny sausages and thin bacon. Other than that, you can buy all the stuff at a local supermarket. No one comes round on roller skates topping up your coffee like in the movies.Pros: Service was fast and friendly. Food was fully cooked and tasty. Men's bathrooms were clean and had enough toilet paper. Decor was very nice with lovely colours. Bar stool for a slightly authentic experience.Cons: ordered a cheese hot dog and it came in a sort of ciabatta rectangular bread with a few bits of unmelted grated cheese, which ruined the experience. Portion size was small for an American experience. The homefries was basic and flavourless.Overall, was nice to try and it had nice decor but don't expect an actual American diner experience. Food was basically the same as a normal restaurant. Staff and toilets were nice though hence the 2 stars.

We used to come here every week and it was great but recently it’s gone down hill.We decided to go last night as we hadn’t been for a while, arrived to a pretty tired looking exterior. All the metal work could do with a clean, this was noticed and commented on by my kids.Getting seated took a while longer than we expected especially as it wasn’t busy inside. We were sat at a wet table that had just been cleaned, which wasn’t very nice.We ordered drinks and then food, it took almost an hour to get our food, and when it did arrive although it looked good it was cheap nasty ingredients, not unlike a burger van or kebab house late on a Friday night. The burgers were cheap, dry and way over cooked just like the ones you find left over at a friends bbq that no one will touch. The baps were cheapest of cheap break apart when you touch them cheap. The prices are exstortionate for the quality of the food received. For a place that promotes an American dinning experience, it’s a joke. If anyone remotely American walked in they would have serious problems.Overall a pretty terrible experience, it wasn’t busy so didn’t make sense why food took so long, prices did not reflect quality of the food and basically the place needs an internal review from ok dinners. I would like to have said this may have just been a glitch that we only experienced, however a few families around us had the same thing, and it was evident on their red annoyed faces. The staff were pleasant enough.

I do love an OK diner and this one was no exception. Amazing food and welcoming friendly staff. Great experience if you like that American diner food experience. Highly recommended
