terrible pizza the whole family had food poisoning after eating itavoid !!!

Base over dun and I might of well ordered a margarita there that few toppings. Oh there wasn't hardly any of that either mostly puffed up dough with 6 pieces of tiny mushroom I think that's wot it was. 8 bits of sweetcorn 10 chunks of tomato. So not worth theoney and this is the 3rd pizza I've tried. Never again will I order a PAPA JOHNS 2 TIGHT 2 STINGEY

Usually excellent, however on the last visit the dough on the pizza was over cooked, and tasted stale. Most of it went in the bin! Haven't been back since, will stick to Domino's in future.

Every time I order pizza from here I wait over an hour for delivery and then seem to have something wrong with the order. If you live in Shrewsbury, pick dominoes. It's a shame, as I've had papa johns from Telford, and it was great. Just such poor communication and service.

Very sloppy, slow, and careless customer service. It took 45 minutes to get the pizza on collection. The person behind the counter made a lame excuse that they were very busy (it was a Monday afternoon) because I was parked just outside the store so I could see that they only made a single pizza during that 45 minutes that was for me. The same person was on his mobile phone with headphones on during all this time.Morover, after arriving at place to eat (we were coming back home from Snowdonia), we realised olives were missing from the Greek pizza. We would have returned to complain but we had travelled another 20 miles from the store, and I was not keen to face that careless person behind the counter again.We were very disappointed, but I feel it might be atypical Papa John's store because usually Papa John's are very good in my area. So we just count it as a bad experience.

I had extremely poor experience with Papa Jones tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas at 2000 and at 20:45 got a call that they can’t do stuffed crust so will deliver larger pizza in 45 minutes. When challenged politely that they could have asked this immediately after the order, the guy on other side started talking rudely and said do you want to cancel the order? As if he didn’t care. It’s amazing how people can behave like this in the current times?I have decided not to order with papa jones at Shrewsbury or anywhere!!We became loyal to papa jones due to good experience in the past at cotawalds.Extremely unhappy with the service and rude behaviour.

Papa johns is pricey but so worth it for the new vegan menu! Yum! :)

Hour and a half delivery for a pizza and when it finally comes it's been flying around the box and all chillies on one side, Literally no care has been taken 😂
