Absolutely delicious! best Chinese we’ve had in a long time, definitely becoming our regular ☺️

Just received £25 worth of cooking oil it seems ??! To say this order was vile would be an understatement! Hot and sour soup with a layer of cooking oil floating on the top, same with the satay, chips would have been crispier if i had dredged them up from the river !! And god knows what the ribs are made from ? Just fat and gristle !! ?? I am pretty easy going and by no means a complainer for complainings sake, but this is unacceptable!!. I dont know what has happened to this place as it used to be good, new management?? To their credit the order did arrive quickly however,The order is currently sat in the bin ..will definitely not use again unfortunately.EDIT....RESTAURANT NOW REPLIED AFTER NEARLY A YEAR...SEE BELOW.IF ANYONE IS OF ANY DOUBT AS TO THE VALIDITY OF MY REVIEW THEN PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS OF A SIMILAR NATURE. SADLY THESE ARE ALL OVER GOOGLE CONCERNING PEKING AROMA! I AM SURE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BUILD UP YOUR OWN PICTURE AS TO THE SERVICE DELIVERY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I AM NOT LEGALLY BINDED TO LEAVE A REVIEW AT EVERY OCCASION I VISIT AN ESTABLISHMENT ( GOOD OR BAD). HOWEVER, AFTER NUMEROUS VISITS AT THE TIME OF WRITING THE REVIEW, CLEARLY THERE IS/WAS AN ISSUE. JUDGING BY OTHER REVIEWS I AM NOT ALONE IN MY VIEWS UP UNTIL A WEEK AGO ?I WISH YOU LUCK IN YOUR FUTURE ENDEAVOURS BUT THIS REVIEW IS FULLY JUSTIFIED.EDIT 2 ...Thank you for your response ..my advice is to prove people wrong ? Use the reviews as a positive and look at what's wrong. ( no I'm no expert in restaurant management so no help there sadly )Most people don't do this maliciously, and I get you must have loads of idiots trying to get free stuff. Like I say best of luck for the future 🙏Guys I called you quite a few times regarding the food and ..I won't say what the response was ..but it wasn't professional in the slightest ...

Have always ordered from this Chinese and never had an issue but the last few occasions have been terrible! Ordered food at 7.20pm. At 8.50pm we called to find out where our food was. We were told it would be 5-10 minutes. At 9pm we get a call from the restaurant saying our food had been delivered to the wrong address! We were offered our food to be made again or our money back. As we were starving, we asked for the food. We asked about money off our order but they refused! Over 2 and a half hours to get our meal. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered via Zoom but the takeaway run their own driver service. It was late but I was willing to accept this. However the food was awful. The duck for the crispy duck was undercooked and raw and the sauce to go with it was watery. When I went to put it onto a pancake, it just ran off as brown water. The rest of the food ordered was cold. Peking Aroma refused to refund me based on the fact no one else has ever complained about their duck before. Awful food and disgraceful customer service.

Absolutely disgusting service from the staff. Called to say that the order they delivered was wrong as parts of the order was missing, we immediately called back to explain the mistake, the original phone call was apologetic and they would get our missing items straight out, over an hour went by and we called back to see where our missing order was, to which the staff were extremely rude, using aggressive bad language and calling us lairs that we haven’t even called in the first place. *** and not only that the owner clearly wasn’t happy with my honest review has been leaving fake & false reviews of my company ***

Read reviews and thought I'd try,to be honest not very impressed, really lacked flavour and the chowmein was really sticky and really soft with no crisp beansprouts. . .not the worst but definitely not the best.

I do not recommend this takeaway.1- takeaway container not closed properly(caused leaking)2- ordered a beef chop suey and got chicken instead… it was still very bland, watery, and lacked flavor.3- egg rice was poor; bland and tasteless.4- the store is in poor condition and needs refurbishment/renovation.The only good things are that the food was made very quickly, the bamboo shoots & water chestnuts were really good, and the staff is friendly.

Stale chips. Undercooked chicken balls. Greasy prawn toast and bland and tasteless chicken curry and egg fried rice. All very disappointing especially after waiting 90 minutes for delivery

I wonder if they have changed chef? Previous orders were fine, but this evenings food was very disappointing and I threw it away. The Singapore vermicelli lacked flavour and some of the meat was chewy and tasteless; I couldn't even hazard a guess as to what this particular meat was!The "crispy chicken with Peking sauce" was something I expected to arrive with the sauce in a pot and the chicken separate. Instead, the sauce had already been poured over, leaving a soggy, unappetising dish. The sauce itself was unlike any Peking sauce I'd tried before. It tasted like sweet and sour that had been watered down.I won't be ordering from here again, a real shame since previously they were our go to takeaway.
