Okay for a quick visit Thankyou No room for prams inside to be able to sit in However was a nice sunny day so sat outside

·

Great value for money, freshly cooked, good coffee

Home cooked food and big portions!Down sides:1. No customer hand washing or toilet! You have to go to the public car park toilet!I believe this is illegal. As there are more than 10 customer seats, I thought toilet and hand washing facilities MUST be provided by law.2. They refused to poach eggs!!3. I'd describe staff as on the surley side. Customer service training and a genuine ability to smile would be useful.

Breakfast horrible. Budget ingredients slopped on plate. Left 80% of it. Owner shouting at staff in kitchen. What a mistake avoid at all cost.

The food was great, and so was the service, Amelia is very polite and efficient! Very nice and will be going again, but wish the rest of the staff were as good.

Absolutely fantastic little cafe/sandwich bar, staff are ALWAYS very friendly. Food is excellent never had ANY problems with taste or quality. Has a few tables for eating inside but also a couple outside tables too. Worth ordering ahead as it CAN be extremely busy due to its outstanding food offerings. Has a large ever changing choice of cakes/dessert to choose fromm too. All food I believe is freshly baked/made on site & will make food to order with regards to fillings of sandwiches & thier delicious jacket potatoes. Highly recommended for anytime of day 5*

Savoury items (rolls, sausage rolls and pasties are delicious) but,.... the sweet things are really bad. Style over substance. They are all gigantic but tend to be just insanely sweet and no actual flavour. I've tried the odd sweet thing over the years and it's always the same so I won't be buying anything sweet again. A coffee cake that doesn't taste of coffee at all, just super sugary, and worst of all it was sooooooo dry. The cakes are so big/thick slices that it's impossible to eat any of the buttercream from the top in the same mouthful as any of the cake from below the top 3rd. I'm glad at least my cake was only 2 tiers, a lot of them are 3 tiers and I can only imagine how dry they are. I think they could do with going back to basics and concentrating on making a great single layer cake that is most and tastes of what it's supposed to rather than making them 3 tiers, each layer the thickness of a brick with entire chocolate bars, or in some cases, slices of other cakes on top. And no it's not just a one off. I've had biscoff flapjacks that don't taste of biscoff, just sugar and are huge and stodgy. Also a "brownie" that when I got home, wasn't a brownie but a piece of regular chocolate cake (that was dry again) that was baked in a tray like a brownie. But just because it's made in a tray doesn't make it a brownie.

Best cafe I've ever been too! I was tempted by everything. Had some amazing sausage rolls, raspberry crumble & custard. Even got a peice of flapjack. All of the food was beautiful and the homemade bread is to die for!
