Royal Bengal Tandoori in Shropshire

I ordered a takeaway from here last night after it being recommended to me by a friend. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was full of flavour and very much to my taste. I will definitely order from them again.The only negative was that it took over an hour to be delivered, but that wasn’t their fault, as I live in Inverkeithing. I only mention it so people know to be patient because it’s worth waiting on.

This establishment never let's us down . Food is always excellent and the service is perfect . Take away or sit in as we did tonight we have never been disappointed.

It's always good. Large and varied delivery for a family meal didn't disappoint at all. Excellent!

I used to like this restaurant and have been a customer for over 30 years. However, as I write this, I've been waiting for 1 hour and 25 minutes for a delivery to 1.3 miles away. I won't use them again.

Terrible!! Pre ordered meal for collection. Waited 25 minutes past collection time. When home order was wrong. Bengal not initially interested to fix. Received phone call after leaving a negative review, offering free pakora on terms I remove my comment. Which I questioned, to be spoken to by a very rude man. I’ll be using other local takeaways in future like I used to do. And I’d advise others to do so.

Beware the price of a cup of tea! How any restaurant can justify £3.95 for a tea bag and a cup of hot water is beyond me.After 40 yrs of patronage here we will not be back.

Do not order online for delivery. I ordered and they accepted. I called after an hour and 20 minutes to see if there was an issue. I said I ordered online and the stated it was on the way. After an hour and 45minutes I called again to be told they don't have a way to order online. Whilst on the phone I receive an refund and now the website is closed. Really poor customer service. I will not return. A simple apology would have done and acknowledged their wrongdoing.

Choose this whilst looking for an Indian Restaurant in the nearby area of our hotel. It was also recommended by one our English colleague.The food wasn’t very Indian though and the taste was so so. It took more time than expected to be served as well. The dishes were prepared with frozen vegetables.The staffs need to work out more as far as hospitality is concerned.
