Royal Fountain Inn in Shropshire

We popped in here yesterday. Couldn't fault the friendly staff and ale, 5 out of 5. However, the bar was dark, and considering there's a resteraunt eating area, the lunch time menu was basic pub fodder, sausage, burgers, scamp. Not chicken Kiev, homemade pies or liver and onions. The ale was great but not going to sit in a resteraunt to eat a hot dog. We thought the rest of the place was only fit to eat a hotdog in. The outside leather seating was filthy, and the tables. Everywhere looked like it needed a good clean. So sad. I came here about 15 years ago and it was much better.

Great customer service friendly pub

Attended a 50th Birthday bash last night, 16th, band were superb, staff were immense as bars were crazy busy. Great night had by all (even though I turned up for it the night before 🤣🤣🤣)

No lime juice, but sent a customer to local shop so tried to please..Just need more training & planning & preparation

My favourite pub! Not only is it gorgeous and cosy but the staff are absolutely fab. The people who run it are so kind and welcoming and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. The food is awesome, the pizzas have a real Italian feel and as a vegan it's nice to know there is somewhere local to me that will go above and beyond to make sure that there are great options available. They've adapted to the times fabulously and make sure that you can have a lovely safe trip to the pub with awesome food and brilliant service.

Incredible place with a brilliant owner and staff. Stumbled across it while on holiday with my 2 kids and loved it. They'd done it up for Halloween which looked amazing, they had a pumpkin colouring in competition for the kids, the food was superb and just couldn't have been any better. Just a shame we're 2 and a half hours away or we'd be in there every day! Highly recommended.

Such an amazing public house, great vibe the food is delicious, the drinks always perfect. Some of the best land lords and team that you'll meet. 100% worth a visit.

Lovely local pub, which has made the best use of its outdoor space in the current environment. Pleasant staff, good pub lunch menu, fair prices.

The best pub in Cleobury! A fantastic family run pub serving traditional Sunday lunches, a great selection of homemade burgers, authentic tapas & pizzas all freshly prepared to order. Well kept real ales and a big garden at the back ... great for parties.
