Star Kebab House in Shropshire

Ordered a takeaway which was late. When it arrived it was cold and soggy they had missed part of the order off. We phoned back and then had to wait again for the missing food to be delivered. Poor quality. Will not be using Star Kebab again

I normally do not have any problems with this takeaway, but I definitely do not recommend ordering from them during a Bank Holiday Monday. Literally been waiting two hours, I rang them up, and they messed up my order- totally forgot about it actually. Ordered via Food Hub too.

Excellent food, was quite late ordering but could not fault our takeaway, definitely will be ordering again.

The food is always good but delivery is usually INCREDIBLY slow, and there's no point calling to inquire because it's apparently always ten minutes away. They clearly need to work on the capacity of their kitchen or drivers or whatever the bottleneck is.The wait is really annoying, and I still order from them often. I guess that tells you how good the food is :).

Nice food but the slowest delivery ever nearly 2 hours every time we order so definitely don’t go here as much, Need to sort the delivery’s out and will be perfect !

Ordered food at 19:45, it's now 21:35, and I still haven't received my order. I have never waited this long for an order from any takeaway before. Quite appalled, considering it says "Delivery 45 mins" when making an order.

Always great food. I've been eating from here for over over 20 years and never had a bad takeaway

Was told 1 hour for delivery, still not here 1 hour 40 mins later, just read reviews saying delivery timing is way off, hubby has been at work all day, I held off lunch for this treat and we are really hungry!Won’t bother again, too much trouble to be somewhere near the time quoted!

Have been regulars for years, burgers are the best in town. However recently it always takes over an hour and a half to have the food delivered and it shows up cold, cheese doesn't even start to melt on the chips. Not going back.
