Starbucks in Shropshire

Went into this Starbucks today, staff were very friendly and place was very clean, very convenient if you’re travelling by train and want to pop in for a drink or snack, highly recommend.

Even though their opening hours state an open from 6am, every time I’ve tried to get a coffee pre 7am before my train, the doors have been locked and lights off. There are people inside but still seem to be setting up…

Very friendly staff member served and my drink was prepared promptly. The flat white I ordered was perfect!

Iv had a really tough time.of late. Mental health bereavement ect. But each time iv gone In there a lady called izzy I do hope I got that right she's such a beautiful soul and her tall colleague gentleman whom works with her sum says also have left me feeling really good and at 6.30am that's a bloody good feeling I just felt compelled to tell you because they deserve it and I'm.truly grateful for rhe assets you have in her and the morning crew thanks Tom eggerton

Very friendly staff who remembered my face from a couple days prior. Nice place to sit and wait for a train, lots of space to sit, comfy seats, calm atmosphere.

I purchased a half price bargain reusable china mug (also microwave and dishwasher friendly) "TEAVANA Starbucks") that allows me to get 25p discount off the price of any future drinks (if I use this mug.) I put this to immediate use also when I ordered a cup of green tea. i much appreciated the Starbucks male staff member, who at my request kindly cleaned my new mug thoroughly for me before I used it. the other Starbucks female male staff member was also helpful and friendly as she put a splash of cold water at my request to make sure my tea wasn't too hot and confirmed the half price tag on my new mug.

I love to drop in on one of my days off - the staff are always so pleasant. A time or two I have purposefully missed my train home just to spend a bit of extra time enjoying a perfectly made cappuccino :) On this particular day thumbs up to Beth and Jay - so personable - and Lauren (in the morning). Thanks guys - I get a warm and fuzzy feeling from a truly decent cappuccino ;)
