Starbucks oswestry in Shropshire

Very poor customer service skills would definitely recommend not going to here they can't get a simple coffee order right and the fact that it's so obvious they don't want to be there so rude don't even speak to you absolutely appalling I wouldn't even give it 1 star don't waste your time going there

Very poor customer service, got a simple order wrong didn't seem bothered at all I would give 0 stars if I could need better staff who care for the brand they represent

Couldn’t fault the branch - The staff were so lovely, a girl with brown hair served me and was really lovely. Clean toilets and area! Thank you x

Always had the exact same frappuccinos from many branches Inc Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton etc.. always had an amazing venti frapp.. went to this one on my birthday as a treat and charged me £5! well over my usual £3.70 from ALL others I have been to.And on top it was awful 😖... was like water with a hint of flavour. Never again

The Beyond Breakfast roll is actually pretty good if you're in a rush. Would be nice if they had a vegan cream alternative for the hot chocolate (Nero's do!) and when KFC is the alternative, who didn't have a vegan option, although I recall hearing lots about them, it's better than nothing.

Coffee good, but service was dreadful.4 in the queue plus me.25 minutes to get x 2 coffees.A lady behind me asked for her money back because she couldn't wait any longer.This was my first visit to a Starbucks in a while and I won't be rushing back.

Decided to go in rather than use drive through for a change - but as usual coffee was excellent love the gingerbread lattes this time of year. Was a bit of a wait for our drinks but they were exceptionally busy

Queues out of the door (probably only 15 people however) took far too long to get served and the drive through was shut for no apparent reason.I understand it was holiday traffic, but maybe put more staff on next time to cope with demand.5p per cup charge is a joke also, Particularly when your staff throw used plastic milk bottles and used metal spray cream cans in the same bin as the used coffee and other waste.You charge this to be green, yet you apparently do not separate or recycle your own waste.Finally, unsure what syrup your using currently as it made my latte taste like chemicalsRated it two stars on the basis the public areas looked clean and despite being rushed, the staff were still friendly

I went to the toilet first before ordering, made me question ordering due to hygiene and maintenance was not good. I ordered black coffee and found it very bitter, as if burnt coffee beans, must admit have not had one from Starbucks for a long, long time for other reasons, the only reason getting a star was for the staff service, they were very good. Think will give a miss again in the future.

It was very clean, nice friendly staff and coffee was pretty tasty. We shared a tuna melt and cheese n bacon panini type thing, really nice and did its job of feeding two hungry travellers.I am not usually a fan of Starbucks but must admit this experience was a lot better than previous visits to other similar establishments. Thank you
