Subway in Shropshire

Nice well laid store with indoor and outdoor seating plenty of options from what bread you want to a vast array of vegetables and sauces nice staff clean place and quite reasonable prices

It was a welcome find. We were travelling to Wales, were peckish and discovered this wonderful place!!Lovely, helpful staff explained everything, we had two delicious 6 inchers!! Plus choice of salad then coffees. Two oldies very satisfied!!! Thank you.This will now become a regular stop.

An excellent place for a quick lunch, easy parking with a Sunny outdoor area. Staff were friendly and attentive, the place looks pretty new, very spacious, and lots of clean outdoor places to sit and enjoy. I felt particularly COVID safe and had a fantastic Chicken, bacon wrap with coffee and cookie. Both tasted so delightfully fresh, that I returned for a take-out for the kids too. Well done, I'll be calling back soon !

Incredibly rude staff members! They need to re-read the subway handbook, so that they understand you should not be refusing customers the breakfast menu on and before 11am. The store looks unclean, therefore it was probably best i did not eat from there anyway.

Had a sandwich delivered from here and had to wait 1.5-hours for 2 sandwiches?? The drinks substituted because they weren't in stock. Food cold even though it was all meant to be toasted/melted etc. Subway are always sparing on the free salad but this was taking the piss. 2 stars because it was a busy night but didnt get an apology or any reconciliation

A nice, clean establishment with friendly staff focused on customer service.As is the norm with all Subway eateries, one's food is prepared fresh and in full view. The added touch here is the warm approach of the colleagues, who are always smartly dressed with name badges clearly visible. Having worked in retail i feel that this is all part and parcel of good customer service.The ambience is relaxing and cheerful, family friendly would be an accurate description for this venue.As a regular customer (both in store and delivery) i can say that there are rarely any mistakes with orders. It is my firm belief that mistakes are to be expected, however, it is how they are dealt with/rectified that is key. This store it seems has the level of training and professionalism required to deftly resolve any issues that may arise.Keep up the good work.

Ok service. Not skilled in making sandwiches and the pepperoni in the spicy Italian tasted like cold meat. It was not wrapped up to the sub way standard. However cheerful staff. Won't be the place if first choice in future

Great choice of subs with helpful staff. Space to eat indoors but their toilet was out of use which isn't good with a 5 year old who needed the toilet, hence 4 not 5 stars. Tasty food.

The one young man Brandon working there was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, sadly when he asked for help from two other members of staff that were stood around to avoid a que they refused to help. The food was nice, the environment was clean and tidy, just a shame about the other lazy members of team that didn’t support Brandon meaning the senior staff member had to step In to help.
