Well what can I say!? Probably one of the best quiz nights I’ve ever been too! I love cowboy Dan and the host has a voice that soothes the soul… Warmly welcomed in every week by the beautiful Sam and her lovely team! Highly recommend! See you again soon…

A big group of us came to The Abby, there was only one chef and one bar staff member Sam due to COVID. Although she was alone she did an amazing job with our drinks and the service was excellent! The food was delicious and we all really really enjoyed our meal! Our meals came out quickly and plates cleared when everyone was done quickly as well! Can't fault them at all and will definitely be coming back! Thank you for today!

NOT dog friendly, claims to be but forces customers to sit outside even at night or in all weathers. Weather was bitter one January day but the staff insist you go outside. Dont bother trying to reason with them even when the pub is empty. Very poor customer relations. Tell all your dog friends to go to other pubs that allow customers to sit inside with their dogs and have a pint and or a meal.

Accommodated a group of 9 really well. Attentive service and food was really tasty. Well priced with the added bonus of having an app to order and pay - always goes down well with me!

Popped in for a bite to eat after being at a baby reveal. Haven’t been here since before lockdown I must admit the staff and service very professional. The menu is amazing with an excellent variety of dishes catering for all people. We ordered our starters came fantastic couldn’t fault, very polite table service then onto the main I had the pork belly and beef burger wow what a dish. Made sure I left room for the desert bread and butter fingers so glad these are still on the menu.

Lovely meal and a nice cold pint. Very professional staff. We were able to sit outside as it was a pleasant evening. As soon as customers left the tables were sanitised. Definitely will return. Thank you.

Nice range of beers, real ale usually in good condition, food is good quality and value for money, and on a sunny day the garden is a great place to relax and take it easy
