Fantastic food best Chinese takeaway we've had. Staff really helpful. Always busy on the phone so tend to go in person to order and wait for the food. But well worth the wait.

Food brilliant but why does nobody answer the phone for takeaway. We have to keep fetching it. Won't have any more.

Order some food from here, was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. An hour and half later it arrived, 45 minutes late. By that time I had already left for work, no communication saying they would be delayed. First time ordering from here and more than likely the last. I'm sure the dog will enjoy the cold food.

One of the best Chinese meals I've had in a long while! The entire family enjoyed their orders, cooked to perfection (and not greasy!) the fortune cookies after were lovely too! Many thanks to the friendly staff who prepared and took our order.

We love the food! Takes a little longer sometimes but you can’t rush perfection! Best Chinese food we’ve eaten in our adult lives and the rest was a distant memory. Fantastic x

Very friendly service, good prices and a great menu. Never disappointed me with any take away and the restaurant although very small is still excellent.

My partner picked up a takeaway from there last night and this will be the last time we do that. Aren't we in the middle of a pandemic? Aren't restaurants and takeaways supposed to be COVID secure and make sure that customers AND staff are safe?Well, no screens up to ensure staff and customers are safe. Sign on door says only 2 customers allowed in at a time...there were 6 customers in (not all of the customers were wearing masks and weren't asked to do so and neither was the member of staff) and no one was told to stand outside...there is definitely not enough room for social distancing. Their young child was running around pretending to be a screen super hero and 'play attacking' customers. Again, social distancing out the window. The final straw was when a customer, who was leaning over the counter talking to the member of staff, was asked for his mobile phone number he placed the order with. She asked him for his phone, took it off him, looked at it and then handed it back - no gloves, no mask, no hand wash, close contact = potentially passing on COVID.This is an appalling disregard for customer and staff safety and under the current guidelines I'm surprised China Diner are still allowed to operate. We will not be visiting this establishment again, even when this pandemic is over.

Normally good service and lovely food. Ordered food tonight at 8pm, told would be a 30-45 min wait, at twenty past 9 rang to see if there'd been a problem, they said it had gone out. Had a phone call back to say they'd been to my house, 'knocked and knocked' to which I replied they categorically hadn't as I'd been in my kitchen then sat in my lounge - both right by our door, the response? Well he's not a liar! Neither am I!!! Cannot get over how rude and unprofessional they were. Custom lost.
