Good cask beer at very reasonable price. The food was also very nice but I felt it was a bit on the expensive side. All in all I would call in for a drink again and even though I thought the food was pricey I would eat here again also.

Popped in for a lunch with friend of mine, not planned, it was fairly quiet lunchtime so we could sit where we wished, service was good and attentive and our meals presented nicely plus super tasty. All in all great choice for a lunch in Ludlow

Traditional meets modern. Great room: big, comfy bed, rainwater shower, fluffy towels. And downstairs a selection of real ales.

We found a table fairly easily, the waitress said there was approx 20 min wait for food. We were fine with that. As it turned out it arrived in 10 mins. Staff very friendly, food was beautifully cooked and we enjoyed every mouthful.

Despite the usual covid complexities and them being busy, they managed to fit us in. Staff were mega friendly, good was excellent. I opted for the white bait and the burger, very tasty and arrived with just amount of time, even though they had pre-warned us there may be a delay. The place has bags of character, the toilets added a quirky bit of good old English eccentricity. I'll definitely be back

Worth a visit! Great little pub, nipped in here after walking around Ludlow. The pies were delicious! Good location and lovely atmosphere.

Really sad, I went with 3 friends to celebrate the life of a colleague lost who loved this pub to be greeted by an unsociable child in a mask stating we needed a table prior to ordering a drink.. whilst I appreciate and respect covid regulations make sure your staff are able to deliver your message in a palatable way ? I won't be back my business is in craven arms why were others allowed at the bar??????

Walked in told wouldn't serve us as no seats. Fine i understand however at least 7 blokes stood drinking around the bar as i was told needed to sit down to be served. My money not good enough.

Didn't stay but ate dinner at the pub. There was one vegan option a cauliflower chickpea curry and it was extremely bland. I can understand not a lot of vegans come to Ludlow but if there's vegetarian pie you could make it vegan. For meat eaters there was a great pie and good selection of beer

The Church Inn never disappoints. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is really good quality and reasonably priced. Dogs are welcome. It's a firm favourite with us.
