Great food as usual, always nice to try something different lush as ever 👍👍

Stayed at the Falcon Hotel a few times this year. Staff are so polite and friendly. Rooms are very clean. Would stay there again.Breakfast is good 👍Evening meals which are provided by Thialo Catering have a great choice of Indian Cuisine.Overall enjoyed my stay. A big thank to Martin, very helpful.

Went to falcon for friday lunch paid £2 to park (refundable if you spend over £10). Once in walked around for ten mins no one in there. Manager happily ignored me whilst he continued his phone call. No attempt at one minute I'll be with you. When he finally did speak it was to say we don't do food till 5pm. When asked why I was told as a family business the kitchen staff don't want to work lunch time. Well if you want your cooks to tell you how to run the bat best of luck. Could I have my £2 parking back if you aren't going to do food. No sorry sir you need to spend £10. How do I spend that if you won't cook anything. Won't be bothering to try here again 100% disappointment. Off to the Brandon arms I think where they do cook

You ask me why I give you one star but I didn’t stay so I can’t give you a good review.However, I did call your fine establishment to book a table and was told to hang up, go onto your website and book a table that way!! Now call me old fashioned but if I’ve taken the time to call you it means I’m inclined to not go onto a website🤷‍♂️ Now I could be having a bad day, let’s say I am👍 So I promptly picked up my phone called another number and in 30seconds booked a table somewhere else👍 Sorted and happy.Please 🙏. If someone takes the time to call you wishing to book a table - deal with it.I’m sure I will be coming back again- the food was truly amazing. That’s why I called you to book again.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Very comfortable. Room quite small but clean. Great bar, good food worth a visit. Dropped 1 star because music from bar/ downstairs area very loud in room. Had to have TV on nearly full volume.

Just completed a stay at the Falcon, very impressed. The place has had a total make over and everything from the chairs to decorations ooze quality and thought. The staff are so welcoming its like being at home! The room we had is stylish with high quality fitments. Breakfast was delicious and all service was with a smile. The on duty manager, Martin, was a great host and a real plus to the place!

We did not stay here so unable to comment on rooms we come in for food & drinks. The bar staff though young were very professional and accommodating after a few drinks we decided to eat unfortunately we did not receive the same level of customer service from the guy from the restaurant side infact he was rudewhen simply asked to change rice to chips i was abruptly told no i dont change the menu i had no problem paying extra if required he was then very one word answere and we were all made to feel that we were an inconvenience this made the rest of our evening rather uncomfortable which was a shame. I feel that he could really benefit from a hospitality course inhancincing the restaurant side.

Lovely hotel very clean ,staff friendly and polite ,we stayed in studio room loved it everything you need lovely and quiet, highly recommend the restaurant food is amazing would definitely stay here again Thankyou for a relaxing stay

A real gem of a place which is freshly maintained. The lounge/dining room is attractive and exceptionally comfortable with a creative arrangement of mixed dining and coffee tables. Free parking by arrangement with the hotel in a very close-by municipal car park and a short walk across the Severn river bridge to the base of the charming cliff railway which takes a few minutes to the upper town with its splendid buildings, wide range of local shops and restaurants, not to mention the magnificent views and access to the Severn Valley railway. A really interesting place for a few days stay with easy reach of numerous ancient villages and sites.

Excellent location, great friendly staff, smart bar area,Free car parking,Rooms pretty basic but have all you need,Bathrooms tiny,Decent breakfast, again attentive staff,May only of given 3 stars but would stay again.Cheers John and all the guys.
