If you are looking for something different the this is your place! Fine dining at its best, taster menu looks fantastic but the main menu we had was exquisite! Definitely one to visit

Had a wonderful meal and overnight stay at the Haughmond. We had the taster menu with wine flight which was excellently done, lasting for 3 hours. The accommodation was fine and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. All the staff we had contact with were excellent without exception.

Seriously a hidden gem. This place has everything, amazing food, excellent staff, lovely rooms. We stayed two nights Friday/Saturday, we sat down at 6:30 on the Friday night and had the six course taster menu with wine flight, absolutely delicious with excellent wines, we finished around 11pm! Breakfast the next morning, we were all still full. However, the breakfast was also superb even though a little was left.

My wife and I came for our ten-year wedding anniversary. We were seated promptly and enjoyed the amazing tasting menu. My wife enjoyed the paired wine flight which was matched perfectly.It's not often you get a tasting menu where every course has you uttering moans of delight. Even for some ingredients that are not usually my favourite I enjoyed each and every course. The staff were respectfully attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The whole experience was paced perfectly.The tasting menu takes a few hours to get through but we never felt rushed. The definition of hospitality.

The food, staff, service, room, cleanliness…..all top notch. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough. We stayed on the way to snowdonia with out baby- everyone was so accommodating. Outstanding value for money.

We had a amazing tasting menu with wine flight, each dish beautifully presented and equally delicious. You could taste that each dish had been carefully constructed to combine flavours and textures to deliver a first class meal, each course perfectly paired with wine and expertly explained by the serving team. Highly recommended this brilliant place for an excellent dinning experience.
